I had the misfortune to arrive by bus from Managua on a rainy day. I thus had difficulty in finding the Hostal. When I did, at aout 7 pm, the person at the reception did not even ask to identify me, and I was led to a room with a window giving on the corridor, a small old sink giving only a tiny fillet or water, etc. Only cold water, but that seems to be general in San Juan. I eventually got used to all these "perks"...

La atención del hostal fue terrible, ya que, desde que llegamos no habían revisado que se tenía una reserva desde hace mas de dos semanas. Habitaciones pequeñas con un baño muy incómodo y desaseado. La atención de la cajera fatal porque al momento del pago según ella "no tenía cambio" ni en dólares ni en córdobas, osea deja mucho que desear un hostal así. Lo único bueno es que está en el puro centro donde se pueden ver mas opciones para futuros hospedajes.

Buen hostal en el centro de San Juan del Sur

Muy buen hostal en el centro de San Juan del Sur. Tiene agua filtrado para los huéspedes y cocina. Al lado del hostal está otro hostal, Hostal Oro, donde puedes agarrar un shuttle ida y vuelta para las playas de surf. Para desayundo y almuerzo recomiendo el mercado, está a unos minutos a pie del hostal Brisas y Olas. Eso sí, hace mucho calor en el hostal asi que vale la pena pagar un poco más y tener el aire acondicionado.
