L AURORA INN Apart
Wrong address caused confusion checked in at one location, shuttled to the correct hotel. At checkout, staff refused responsibility for keys, even though I wasn’t informed I needed to return them to the other location. I had to rush to catch my flight. Extremely frustrating will never return.
