This hotel is part of Santana Row so it’s right in the middle of shopping and lots of food options. Valet is your best bet for easy parking with a text option to call for your car. Sta food very friendly and attentive. Beds were a little hard, imo, but the towels and linens were fresh and high quality. This is a very wealthy area and Friday and Saturday nights there’s a rolling car show. It can get loins but I’m into that. People watching, shopping and night life are all steps away. Westfield mall is across the street. Great location, pricey but worth it! Be sure to catch the view from the roof top bar.

Pool and hot tub were closed without any notice ahead of time. Dried blood or something brown on duvet cover. Yes, I have photos! Overpriced for what you get. Paid almost $500 with upgrades to be disappointed. If your hotel amenities are unavailable, maybe don’t charge all your fees?

The pool was closed but not advertised at time of booking and stay. One of the reasons we chose the Valencia unfortunately.

The location of the property is great. Shopping and restaurants under the hotel. Hotel needs touch up and room ventilation improvements. But so far is in good condition. Staff were nice.

The location is great. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops. The staff is incredibly friendly. But the rooms are very outdated for the price they charge. The A/C alone should not be as loud as it was. The caulking in the bathroom is chipped/missing. The actual shower and sink looked and felt outdated. We paid for a late check out (3pm). That morning they had a fire alarm test and we were up and unable to sleep at 9am. We check out by 11am (regular check out time) and don’t get reimbursed for the late check out fees. TL;DR Underwhelmed. Great location but overpriced.

Great location on the very entertaining Santana Row. I expected the service to be better. Doormen were inconsistent. Some said hello others stared at their phones. Some pushed the elevator button others stared at their phones. We had to call twice for room service. They forgot about us. We woke up one morning with no running water. Couldn’t shower. Guest services said they would send someone to our room. They never did. Fun stay but won’t be returning to this hotel.

Fantastic
This is my second time staying at the hotel. Like the first time, our experience was very nice. I just don’t know how you could get a better location than the middle of Santana Row. I went with a friend who is staying at very fine hotels, and she loved it. I will come here again.
