on the day of check out the cleaning staff woke us early, and eventhough I booked and was confirmed that breakfast was included they refused to serve us the breakfast. overall conditions of hotel is old

Tengo una queja, el internet fallo. Y teniamos una video conferencia a una hora espesifica. Mi hijo tuvo que ir al loby del hotel y con una tardia de 20 minutos. Quedo muy mal con el grupo de trabajo.
