The room and view were amazing! Couldn't get food at certain times and very limited choices. Breakfast took over an hour to get to us after we ordered. Could not get an Uber at the Lobby door. Had to go to gate entrance.

This property is massive. We stayed on the Baja Pointe side which caters to Villa owners which were were unaware of. To reach the main pool we had to walk such a long distance, take 3 elevators and a slew of stairs. That wasn’t the worse of it. Traveling with a group of friends that are owners and part of Marriott who were on the Regina side when they came to join us for dinner they were turned away, treated as if they were invading an elite area only open to royalty and so disrespected! It was utterly humiliating and Jair from the front desk at the Westin is the rudest, most disgusting human I have ever come across in my lifetime of traveling. I will never ever visit this hotel again just because of that one employee

Excellent Stay But!!
Amazing stay, 5.0 stars, this resort is perfect for families / couples / friends who do not like the "San Lucas chaos" . This isn't all inclusive btw. BUT This place is luxury all-around, the service everywhere we went was fantastic. The place is very secure are they do not allow any trespassing vehicles including your ubers to drive up to the hotel driveway, you will be golf carted down to your uber ride and back which made me feel very safe. Everyone is so nice at front desk, concierge, restaurant, pool staff, etc. They even did a beautiful decor in the hotel room plus a plate of chocolate covered strawberries for my parents anniversary and it was a perfect way to end the night! They truly take care of you from day one to departure. The only thing I will say is that the house keeping tends to forget to do a 360 clean of the room everyday unless you tell them specific orders. For example, the hair in the shower was left untouched for the entire 3 days until we told them to please remove it the next cleaning time. Or to clean the "small kitchenette" as there are dirty plates / to send more body lotion since we run out everyday. Or the wet/damp used towels we left on the floor for them to clear out was left untouched by the bath tub. It seems they do a very good job overall cleaning but it's little specific tasks they miss so we started leaving actual notes with specific things to clean. But besides that... 10/10 GREAT STAY :) We Will be back westin!! <3

We visited Los Cabos and selected this property . Upon arrival and during our stay the staff was extremely friendly and courteous . The only issue we had was there was no hot water for 2 days . Maintenance came and fixed the issue but it was a huge inconvenience. Also housekeeping cleaned our room 1 time during a 3 night stay and left us with no robes or washcloths , when I called the front desk they sent someone who spoke NO ENGLISH so he brought back hand towels and then bath towels. We had to call the front desk again to translate what we really needed . Other than that the resort was beautiful just be prepared to do a lot of walking around the property

Spring Break
This was our first time in Cabo and the Westin made it so memorable for my fanily and I. The staff was so friendly and professional, so attentive. The rooms were clean and cozy. The who establishment was clean and well kept. They have so much open space to relax and a lot of activities. If you plan on going for Easter they have Easter egg hunt, foam party and water activities, even a suprise from the Easter bunny.

The Hotel was half empty… Yep they gave us one of the worst rooms, way off to the side and down low with a poor view of the ocean. This created the need to walk blocks and ride four elevators, just to get back to the lobby! Then it was another long hike to get to any of the amenities at the main Westin Los Cabos. Which incidentally is the only place you could get morning coffee. No coffee in the lobby at Baja point, no snack shop, nothing! We had one bar of soap in the room and no body wash, it was empty. we requested replacement soap, but it didn’t come for three days. All in all a disappointing stay, I would never book Baja appoint again. Unless you are a hiking enthusiast

Beautiful suite near ocean with hot tub overlooking beach. Very spacious. Check in and check out very easy. Room was clean but for microwave that was dirty when we arrived and was never cleaned despite requests. Staff pleasant. There was a kitchen but the hotel Mercator had very little to purchase. Without a car it was not possible to walk to the shops. The spa was fine but no prices were given before the services. You need to ask. A big sticker shock as price is higher than in the United States or Canada. Overall a very pleasant stay however

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights and we liked the pools and beaches, very good service by staff, plenty of lounges and dining areas in the pool areas. We liked the location of the resort for the quiet atmosphere, but the isolation of the property required expensive transport to Cabo San Lucas for any grocery shopping. While there were six different dining locations around the resort, the menus did not offer much variety and the on-site market had very little in the way of groceries. The property seems to be geared for owners who apparently had full kitchens and the time and transport to go shopping, while the resort (hotel) accommodations provided a "kitchen" with mini-fridge, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. there were no provided plates or utensils. We had a very nice ocean view room on the "Baja Point" section of the property, but it took some walking and four elevator rides to get to the main resort area where the restaurants, store and main pools were located.

Property food/restaurants were mediocre at best. Drinks overpriced for the limited brands offered. Beds were fabulous, pool side service excellent. At checkout READ fine print, as hotel will invoice you for questionable taxes and holdover credit card protection.

The staff were phenomenal and the best part of the stay. The young ladies at reception took such good care of me and ensured everything was smooth throughout my stay. I felt like a princess many times during the stay, simply because of their care and attention. My birthday trip was amazing. The views were spectacular and i was the envy of others when picked up for excursions. Everything was immaculate. The gourmet restaurant and staff were great and made my dining experience so memorable. They took my photos and provided samples of their menus which was so delicious. This was my first visit but this property is the reason I'd return and recommend it to others. The pool areas and beach were sp tranquil and the sunset looked like art. Five stars!!

It was a beautiful property but it was hard for me to enjoy all of the amenities due to the construction. Getting around was a hardship with limited mobility.

Great Room and Pools But No Ocean Access
We really enjoyed the property and room. Food options seemed limited. Since the Westin is not very close to any towns you are pretty much limited unless you have a car or get a taxi. No swimming in the ocean. The staff was great and very attentive. The pools were excellent and right next to the beach.

Location is unbeatable. Room size with views from Baja Point are amazing. Amenities such as swimming pools are quite good. Views are breath taking. Beach on the Baja Point is nearly deserted and good for strolling (wear slippers as there are tiny pebbles mixed in with sand). Swimming in the ocean or even going couple of feet in the ocean water is absolutely not possible with 6-8 ft. waves crashing on the shores. For vegetarians, on-site food options are limited to pizza only. English speaking is limited to front desk and Concierge. Please do not take taxi service from the hotel - it is 3 times more expensive than Uber. Cost of everything is quite comparable to the US (no advantage of $ to Pesos). Cleaning crew visits every other day and isn't always very good (plus, English speaking is almost non-existent - Google Translate). Finally, the 90-min sales tour provided by Concierge with $150 hotel credit may be a good option; however, expect 2-hours and not 90-mins. Overall - will I go back to Westin - No. It was a good experience, but being a vegetarian and non-Spanish speaker, I will stay at Westin if I visit Cabo.

Our family enjoyed so much our stay at The Westin! Amazing staff, sensitive, responsive, willing to help to all our questions. The best aspect of the Hotel is the staff interpersonal relationships. Cleanliness is superb! Highly recommended if you are looking for quiet space in the Villas... We cooked because we have a special diet, so the kitchen was very convenient and manageable. No doubt that we will go back in the future. Muchas gracias!
