「The room was clean and had a nice view of the city plus a balcony area. We took our cat on this trip and in the room there was a little bed for the cat and bowls for water and food. So thoughtful and accommodating. It was easy to explore Santiago because everything was nearby from the hotel location - and McDonalds was across the street. Convenient! 」

「The room was spacious. However the bathroom was not clean and functional at our arrival, we had to call service to have it fixed. The rooms are also not completely sound guarded. You can actually hear the conversation of the adjacent room. Other than that, nice hotel and good breakfast.」

「The room was really clean. Air conditioning not working, no phone in room and no internet even though multiple passwords were given at front desk. Shower not working. Mini fridge disgustingly dirty. Had to drive up 4 times to front desk and complain. After 5 hours of complaints, we were changed to another room. Still no AC, just a ceiling fan that did not suffice.
