Lindo lugar mala atencion

Las instalaciones son buenas y la ubicación buena por las vistas de las habitaciones, el desayuno es bueno, la atención es el problema, en la recepción la chica de turno día es muy amable pero los de noche y demás personal pésima actitud, lo mismo en el spa muy desatendido y mala actitud del personal sin predisposición de atención al cliente. No volveré ni lo recomiendo .

Opinion del Hotel

Personal poco agradable, servicio de mozo pésimo, miran para abajo en lugar de ver si los comensales necesitan algo, "spa" engañoso, solo tenia sauna. Televisor de 4 canales y se veía pésimo, el agua salia marron, sucia, la verdad una verguenza, poco mantenimiento a las canchas. Muchas mejoras necesitan para dejar bien representado a Tucumán. Ya que se encuentra en una ubicación privilegiada.

El lugar es muy lindo por la vista y el paisaje, el hotel no cuida detalles, el servicio deja que desear bastante y las instalaciones notan un deterioro del tiempo y no está mantenido, ni hablar de mejoras. Gracias.
