「Wir waren zu Dritt dort und würden die Unterkunft nie wieder buchen. Das Zimmer war unglaublich schmutzig und es war ein furchtbarer Geruch. Die Fotos sind leider alle durch KI erstellt und entsprechen nicht im geringsten der Realität. Uns wurden mehrere Zimmer angeboten, da die tatsächlich sehr freundliche Dame an der Rezeption unsere Misslage ernst genommen hat, jedoch waren alle Zimmer schmutzig und mit diesem schlimmen Geruch ausgestattet. 「Very disappointing experience. The hotel was under renovation, and as someone with a fractured foot using crutches and a wheelchair, I was forced to take long detours and climb multiple stairs. The accessibility issues were not clearly communicated before my stay. I documented everything with photos and screenshots and am still awaiting a full refund. I would not recommend this hotel to guests with mobility limitations.」
