I will present a claim because since we get in, the hotel said we asked for a DOUBLE ROOM, and that means 2 rooms. I already checked thru Expedia the reservation and checked we only ask for 1 room. Bad service from the people inside because never wanted to give us the credit back. The hotel only cost around $47 euros per night

Tutto sommato buono.
Personale della reception come la sala colazioni molto soddisfacente. Un po chiassose le signore delle pulizie ,in quanto se vuoi rimanere a dormicchiare il vociare e intenso. La colazione in se non soddisfa gli standard per un quattro stelle. I Bagni un po piccolini disposti un po male.

Excelente hotel, muito limpo e organizado. Bom café da manhã e boas opções de refeição. Pessoal muito simpático e acolhedor sempre prontos para atender qualquer necessidade. Destaque para o Cláudio da recepção que foi muito prestativo desde o check-in até o check-out. Uma opção muito boa para quem quer visitar San Giovanni

Our stay in a Palace in San Giovanni Rotondo
From the moment we arrived (even though it was late at night reception is open 24/7) we were welcomed by friendly staff. We stayed off season and were treated extremely well from early breakfast to evening meal. Stephanie and all the other members of staff are there to help with every query, directions, bus/train times, etc. THANK YOU. Will definitely recommend and stay in Palace Hotel again.

A great stay in a great hotel.
We stayed in the hotel in July. I enjoyed staying there. I was a little worried about parking before arriving, but they had a big underground garage with plenty of space. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel is within walking distance of the Sanctuary of St. Mary Our Lady Grace and Church of Saint Pio of Pietrelcina. We spoke no Italian, but we did speak English and Spanish, so communicating with the staff was no problem since they spoke one or the other.......or both. The only negative thing I could think of is the food. We only ate dinner at the Hotel one time and the food was not very good. Maybe it was just that day. Breakfast was alright. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, which is what we did. I would stay at this hotel again.

Hotel bem localizado, bonito e bem decorado. O atendimento da equipe foi muito cortês e procuraram nos atender da melhor maneira possível. Dois aspectos que precisam avaliar é a ausência de um frigobar no quarto (para nós importante) e a questão do restaurante que poderia ter opções de alimentação mais simples (tipo pizzas que gostamos muito e tem um preço mais acessível). Nós jantamos no hotel e podemos dizer que estava muito gostosa a refeição. Recomendamos a utilização do hotel.

Gentile signor Marco, spiace dopo tutto quello che abbiamo fatto per i suoi genitori leggere un commento siffatto. Arrivati con un giorno di ritardo abbiamo acconsentito a prolungare il soggiorno di una notte senza costi aggiuntivi. Abbiamo saputo del vostro errore solo nel primo pomeriggio! Ma essendo irreperibili al numero fornito e immaginando l’errore, avevamo già proceduto al riassetto giornaliero della stanza. Lei aveva prenotato per i suoi genitori una camera doppia con letti separati , in loco a seguito della nostra richiesta hanno confermato la scelta. Hanno cenato presso il nostro ristorante complimentandosi con tutto lo staff. Ci domandiamo quali sono le nostre mancanze. Speriamo di averla ospite personalmente quanto prima e perfezionare ulteriormente la nostra organizzazione Cordiali saluti SGRPALACE

A nice find, especially for devotees of Padre Pio
This is the perfect place to visit the sites dedicated to Padre Pio. As we were there only to break a long drive South to North, we only spent time in the hotel itself, and didn’t use it as a base to explore the town. The decor is a wild mashup of styles, but everyone, especially the waiter we had at dinner and breakfast, was very kind and went out of their way to please.

Hotel molto grande,comodo e pulito. La posizione è ottima il personale molto gentile e professionale si mangia benissimo e tantissimo!!!!!Sono stati tutti molto attenti alle nostre esigenze e carinamente hanno soddisfatto tutte le mie richieste,ci hanno coccolato e fatto sentire a nostro agio .Una esperienza davvero favolosa!!!!Da Ripetere!!!!Consiglio a tutti di provare questo Hotel e soprattutto di mangiare al ristorante Giovanni saprà guidarvi in una fantastica esperienza culinaria pugliese !!!!

When I was trying to locate the hotel, nobody would answer the phone. No instructions on where to park were provided beforehand. When myself, or Expedia tried to contact the hotel to make sure that they do not give away my reservation because my flight was canceled; they either would not answer or those who answered did not speak any English. Turns out, the only hotel staff who spoke any English was Giovanni - the Waiter (I think). The room's thermostat was not working which resulted in the room being way too hot. The "Queen sized bed" I had requested was nothing more than 2 uneven doubles moved together. The shower measured less than 3ft x 3ft and a corner of my room was infested with ants. I would not recommend this hotel.

Noch passt der Zustand,
aber wie lange noch?! Das Hotel hatte zur Inbetriebnahme sicher guten 4 Sterne Standard und erreicht diesen im wesentlichen auch heute noch. Aber entweder existiert kein -geld oder kein Interesse an der Instandhaltung. Der Putz blättert von den Wänden, die Dachterasse wird von Unkraut überwuchert, das GLasdach des Restaurants scheint undicht, die Klimaanlage lies sich nicht einschalten. die Aussicht für die Zukunft ist daher eher düster. Die Zimmer sind groß, die Betten bequem, die Ausstattung komplett. TV-Programm leider nur italienisch aber schnelles Internet für Internet-Tv. Eigene Tiefgarage mit kostenloser Nutzung. Die Umgebung ist sehr laut, offenes Fenster ist Nachts unmöglich.
