"Good stay over all , breakfast is good , but the beds are very bad"

"Great location very near BART station. Hotel seemed safe. Everything was very clean. Bed and pillows were good. A/C worked well but had issues with hot water in the shower. Front desk said maintenance would check on it but I checked out before it could be fixed. Would probably give it another chance due to location."

"Door was open on our arrival. Question if someone else was already in there. First impression was the shredded drapes in the window. When entering the room the overwhelming smell of urine hits you in the face. The room was not clean. Stains on carpet. Tub mold covered by white paint. Stains on bed skirt. Floor not vacuumed, toenails included. Lock on door missing screws, however we located the screw in the drapes, when we almost cut our hand on them. And most unusual that the art work is hung up-side-down. Window didn't close all the way, and the screen was cut. Did not give a good sense of security."

"The Staff was wonderful especially Maria; Excellent complimentary breakfast; Very Quiet in the rooms considering the hotel is right next to a Freeway and SF airport. The Bed was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept on. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible, especially for putting on your makeup. The fan in the bathroom was extremely loud. Overall we did enjoy the nice Staff."

"This is a lovely property with a bright atrium. The restaurant service and food was exemplary. I would order the Papardelle again. It seems to be a favorite among airline crews which is supports my great impression of this property. Also the mattress was the best of our two week trip."

"Hable con la recepcionista que por error agarre una noche mas y les pedi el reenvolso de una noche ya que mi check out fue el martes 26 de mayo no hasta el 27 de mayo y todaavia no me han hecho el reenvolso, ademas el estacionamiento es demasiado alto por el servicio"
