Staff was very courteous, management was very helpful and allowed an early check-in. Room was clean, but had no windows or hot water in shower or sink. It was very affordable, and I slept fine, but I was surprised there wasn’t hot water.

I absolutely LOVE Hotel Hacienda San Cristobal. The clean rooms, the staff, the beautiful hacienda itself. The location is very safe. I have stayed here multiple times and will continue to stay here when I visit the area.
