「The room was clean and the air conditioner worked extremely well. Water pressure in the shower was perfect. The beach views off the balcony were stunning. There’s 24h security and you need key cards to access each floor above the lobby. We felt very safe and comfortable staying here.」

「Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),...

「I was clean. The staff was helpful, we did not need breakfast. It is close to the airport, close to the sea. Close to places for dinner.」

「Our stay was great !! The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was included and everything was delicious. The rooms were nice but smaller than expected. The outdoor patio was cute. The area was lively and close to everything but I would be careful walking around at night .」

「Such a cute little hotel, great pool open 8am- 8pm. The front gate is locked so you have to have someone let you in but we never had an issue with having to wait for someone. Room was small but very well maintained and clean. Breakfast was not included and small menu but was pretty decent. Nice location, about a 20 minute walk into the walled city, and we would recommend the restaurant taco taco which is like a 2-3 minute walk away from the hotel. Overall great experience here, would recommend」

「The hotel is very well located. To my taste I found it very noisy, on sunday morning at 6:00am a very outloud noice (music) was being played. The first night on friday night noise from outside was heard from the room. The hotel has beautiful patios and a swimming pool, nice spa, very good food. The rooms need a face lift, I find the hotel over rated and over price. The staff was incredible though.」

「Charming hotel in the middle of the walled city made my stay comfortable and walking distance to the major attractions in Cartagena. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Only area for improvement is that the Wi-Fi is spotty depending where you are located on the property.」
