"Parking was easy but not secure. Staff was not helpful. The only thing that worked well was the air conditioning. Seems like people were bank g after hours parties from 2-6am(when I left due to not being able to sleep) When I went to checkout no one Was available via phone or in person. It took over 20 mins to check out and get cash $100 deposit back for multiple people waiting."

"Booked this location for a weekend getaway, date outing weekend. Location is nice with a lot to do around it. Restaurants and shopping. Room is spacious, very clean, everything worked. Second time here and would definitely recommend and come back again. "

"For the price, it was pretty good!!The staff was helpful and friendly, even being able to give me utensils to eat my late lunch with. All the equipment in the room was functioning, and linens and towels were clean. There were a lot of choices with breakfast and cheese, butter etc.. you can find in the refrigerator in the dining room. Only thing was there was no drinking water in the room, though hotels I have used in the area are the same.Parking was just a step away from my room and the hallways were brightly lighted at night that you are secure. Neighborhood appears nice. I would definitely recommend this place, plus it is accessible to the main road and businesses."

"The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. I know it can vary from room to room because I’ve stayed here before and the beds were not always like this. Unfortunately, this time the mattress made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The pillows were also very disappointing — small, stiff, and covered in material that felt almost plastic-like, similar to hospital or nursing home pillows."

"Me he quedado en el peor hotel muy Chico sucio y muy apretado todo desayuno mesas apretadas cuando cheque no dieron information que necesitaba WiFi perdi llamada muy Importante el dia que sali para desayunar tiene que pasar por storage y lavanderia ahi fue donde entre al cuarto empeze con comenzon ya no dije nada Pense que era algo ligero y ya no quise decir MAs de todo lo que estaba mal ahi en el hotel me fui en Camino a casa vi las Ronchas MAs comenzon lo reporte y dijoeron q cuando me fui no dije nada al front desk y que por eso no podria tener nada de compensation de su Parte or nada ya ha pasado dos Dias MAs y se ve peor a cuando les mande fotos eran MAs diferentes asi que fueron picaduras de chinches ! Costumer service que tiene el hotel muy bajo , attention al cliente muy bajo ,limpieza muy bajo nunca MAs me quedaria ahi y para que otras personas pienzen dos veces antes the book ahi !!"

"I stayed for 1 night on a solo business trip. Unfortunately This wasn't a good stay. I had a roach crawling on my bed. This place is dirty. I immediately told the front desk, I reauested a clean room without roaches.They accomidated me another room. I advised the front desk manager that this is unacceptable, but was told there was little he could do other than a small discount for future stays.I can't recommend this hotel."
