We stayed here on 01/08/26 with no issues and I gave it 5stars. In this night we arrived checked in and didn’t receive our free drinks based on on tier status. Additionally, the restroom was dirty and the AC struggled to keep the room at 73. I set it at 70. 4 stars on this trip due to unclean room, ...
