The valet staff were not the best. They were so unhelpful.
On the morning that we were leavign there were 5 of them gathered non of them offered help to put my luggages in the car after one of them brough the car to us. He parked it quite far from us even though there were available parking spots. Very inconvenient for a valet parking

The elevator was not working, transportation back to the airport. The driver went out way too minutes for my son to get on the shuttle and left room service will not answer after dialing them seven times call the operator they may get the app to get the food since room service was not answered, the food the hamburgers were very expensive $84 for two hamburgers plus they were burnt and we asked for medium rare . Also waited For the Bellman to leave a bag, it took a long time to arrive. I found this on the web.

K elevator not working ,,shuttle to airport wouldn’t wait 2 mins for my son.room service would not as seer the phone.order food and burgers were burnt when ask for medium rare.
