When we arrived I talked to the front desk lady who said that even though I noted on my reservation that I needed a parking space, she said I should have called. She was so… rude. Clearly she doesn’t belong working in the hospitality industry. When I said, “So, you suggest I should park on the street?” She said she wasn’t suggesting anything. While it wasn’t so much what she said, it was as her tone that left a bad taste. This is not the way you want to greet guests. Everyone was nice after that first encounter. The room was extremely loud. We stayed on the first floor and the upstairs guests kept us up all night every night. I don’t recommend this Inn if you’re traveling with children. The location is nice and there are great restaurants within walking distance. You can’t beat the price. If you decide to stay here, stay in an upstairs middle room, unless you don’t mind noise.

Great location, close to everything. Simple, but very comfortable room. Loved that they had beach towels, umbrellas, boogie boards to borrow. Front desk was very kind to us, and in the interactions I saw with others.There were a few chairs and a table on the patio, and it was fabulous just sitting there and watching the waves and all of the people on the boardwalk. Would definitely stay here again.

An outstanding stay overall! From the great location to the beach/pier, to awesome restaurants just down the street, to a super professional & courteous Staff, to even the sitting around the firepit for 3hrs, making new friends!!! Spacious clean room! The location cannot be beat, close to the beach, pier, tons of dining options, and sea world. Loved that the hotel had free beach chairs, toys and towels to use. Esmeralda at the front desk was amazing! We were are a party of seven and pretty needy, she went above and beyond for us and really made our stay! We plan to stay here again:)

The staff was super sweet the whole stay and was very helpful. The hotel itself was convenient and had extras like beach towels which was super convenient for being by the beach. I would definitely stay again.

Our initial room on tge 2nd floor had an amazing ocean view, but was too small. We kept banging our shins on the platform bed trying to across the bathroom. The bathroom sink had no counter space. We moved to the 1st level which was much larger and more comfortable, however only a couple sidelight windows and no view. Of note, there is no microwave, ice or bottled water. Housekeeping was not great; at most they dropped clean towels on the bed, took the soiled towels and emptied the trash. On a positive note, the rooms are clean and the location is incredible! Everything is within walking distance, including the ocean, restaurants, grocery store, CVS and public transportation. For a few dollars, you can get to Old Town, the zoo, downtown, Seaport Village, etc. The lobby staff are very accomodating and have lots of complimentary items to borrow (i.e. beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, board games, sunglasses and more!) Overall, we were pleased with our stay.
