"Upon arrival to the hotel we were welcomed by a rat in the main lobby. Staff didn’t seem this was a big deal and kinda ignored it. Coffee shop was out of certain milk and lids for our hot coffee cups. The Bautista was incredibly apologetic and handled the situation with a great customer service skill. Having breakfast at the restaurant, felt like the waiting staff was not that much attentive, maybe working short staffed or just tired, almost halfway through the meal we needed to ask for water , and few small things that were missing or needed attention that unfortunately were not recognized by the wait staff. Otherwise the stay was fair. Nice property with a fun pool. Calm . "

"Hotel is easy to get to. Rooms are super clean. It can get a bit loud if people in adjacent rooms are showering or walking on hallways. However the rooms are nice and well maintained. "

"The staff doesn’t let you check in early, after a long drive I needed to rest but literally got there 3:45 and rudely they said check in is at 4:00 pm. So if you plan to get early there is not the choice and if you want to be treated bad for getting there early. "

"Parking was right behind the hotel but it was like jumping through hoops unless you knew the area. Most places have a small map to direct you but the front desk just give you an address and say follow it. I spun around for 15 minutes. I also brought my service dog (I called days before to inform them and asked if they needed my doctors papers to bring, they said no but they will note in my reservation. They didn’t, because when I arrived one lady whispered “service dogs can only stay one night? She has 3 nights?” It’s a service dog; she goes where I go.) but I made no fuss or said anything I just stood there waiting for my keys because I called ahead and when I was about an hour out I called to ask for parking to be put on my reservation; which wasn’t I had to double check because I wasn’t given a parking pass. I know house keeping didn’t come through because they probably thought I was leaving my dog unattended but she has a job to preform with me so my room wasn’t cleaned daily but I’m okay with that but I do like fresh towels instead of me going to the front desk and asking for a them "

"We stayed for an event and we had to wait 1hour to be checked in while there was 3 staff members chatting in the corner and the line was out the door. We also were offered an upgrade for our room which we paid for to have a balcony and they gave us the balcony where you couldn’t even step outside just open the door. I also left an item in the room and they wouldn’t allow me to get it then when I called as I was instructed to do they said the room was clean so it was definitely taken out of the room! We will never be staying there for boots in the park again. Terrible experience "
