Top San Diego Hotel Reviews

Handlery Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The pool, hot tub, and pool bar were really nice. The hotel is very centrally located and it only took 15 minutes to get everywhere we needed to go. "

Sheraton San Diego Resort
4/10 Poor
"I had a very disappointing stay. Housekeeping only made the bed—there was no actual cleaning or vacuuming done at any point during my visit. Despite making multiple requests for towels, none were ever delivered.
To make matters worse, the shampoo and soap bottles were empty, the washroom floor remained dirty, and the bedroom was never properly cleaned throughout the entire stay.
This level of service is unacceptable. I would give zero stars if that were an option."

Paradise Point Resort & Spa
10/10 Excellent
"This was our second trip to Paradise Point! We had a great stay again! Brought our senior dog on our first trip last year as his last big vacation and all of us (my husband, me, our son, & 12 year old fur baby) had a great stay. Lots to walk around and see, fun to feed the ducks. Great pools & great food.
This stay was for our son’s 6th birthday! We had a great time once again & will definitely be back again for his 7th. "

Best Western Seven Seas

Wyndham San Diego Bayside
8/10 Good
"Yes it was great. I was just confused why my parking cost $50 but my card was charged $84 without my knowledge. The deposit of 100 was supposed to be refunded back to me but I got charged $84 in total. "

Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego
4/10 Poor
"We booked two rooms for two nights. When we arrived, the rooms weren’t ready so they offered us an upgrade to the penthouse suite at no additional charge. The suite belonged to the former owner of the hotel as a private residence. It was beautiful, spacious, first class with amazing views. The thermostat in the master suite did not work. The first night, we called maintenance to come fix it. They said it was controlled remotely and made some adjustments but the room only got colder, down to 64 degrees for the entire night. The thermostat itself was modern and lit, but it was right next to the bedside facing my wife. The thermostat stayed lit all night in her face. After a terrible night’s sleep, we opted not to stay another night and checked out a day early. What started out to be a very nice option turned out to be very disappointing. When we come to San Diego, we like to stay at the Manchester Grand Hyatt because of its great location and nice amenities. Needless to say, we won’t be coming back. When I checked out and expressed my disappointment, all the staff member did was apologize and not ask how they could make our stay better. Clearly the penthouse is not available for booking, so don’t offer it to the public if the amenities don’t work properly."

San Diego Mission Bay Resort
8/10 Good
"Stayed on the second floor of two floors. No elevator access where we stayed. Had to take our stroller up and down stairs every time we left. Pool restaurant and bar closed at 5pm. Pool is salt water and not heated. Beautiful resort and very well maintained. Staff were fantastic. Recommend for anyone with kids, San Diego Zoo and Sea World we’re about a $15 Lyft away. $45 Resort fee per day is ridiculous because it is taxed at 15%"

Hard Rock Hotel San Diego
10/10 Excellent
"This was booked for a work conference and everyone loved the rooms and the location. "
