Bad attitude

The hotel was as good ask you could ask for. Clean and neat. Beware of CERTAIN personnel. 3rd shift. I came to town at about midnight and after looking ALL OVER for a hotel that does not make you wait until 3pm (WTF??????) to check in I booked online and was turned away at 4am. Had to walk around until the office opened(?????).

PRICING?

Despite the mixed reviews, I usually have hardly any issues here, and it's so much so, that I dont even mind extending my stay if need be, but im always puzzled as to why sometimes they go from having a competitive rate, to suddenly be higher priced than even some nicer hotels? In which case, the obvious choice is just to check out and go to the other hotel, (which I do), but its still a bit of a hassle, when i couldve just stay put, especially with whats going on. But I do recommend it though, it does the job and the people running it are nice.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and over all pretty quiet. Can’t beat the price! And you can carry your security deposit over each day you stay!

It had a pool. Parking was no problem. Property was well maintained. The sign was a little obscure. They added a deposit and additional charge of $14.95. You had extra rules that you had to sign upon checking in. The rooms had minimal furnishings. No coffee maker. Not noticeable from a distance. Good location to beaches and sea world. Lots of restaurants close by. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY. Had an elevator. Vent in the bathroom was extremely loud. Recessed lighting was very bright. Door to room was hard to push open. Rooms faced away from the busy street.

Très bien

Chambre classique, propre, voir assez simple. T.V., frigo et micro ondes mais pas de café (à quelques pas il y a un Seven Eleven avec du bon café et des donuts). à pied il y a plusieurs resto (je recommande Habbit Burgers) et des magasins comme Target et Ross. Parking gratuit. Wifi gratuit. Le sel bémol la proximité avec l'aéroport..on entend les avions MAIS on s'habitue! pour le prix cela ne m'a pas dérangé. Lits grands et confortables. Accueil correct. Service de Lave linge et sèche linge appréciable. Piscine et Jacuzzi correct.

I thought it would be worth the price given that I checked in after midnight. It wasnt. Athough my room was paid in advance a $5 service(what service) was added. A $100 deposit for incidentals also added. That deposit was held for 10 days despite being told it would be a 1 day hold. Its a bargain basement establishment without the bargain. Lackluster service, thin walls,poor bedding, the furniture and appliances are as old and rundown as the building itself.This review is about the hotel itself and I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone.

This place was in a great location. Lots of places to eat and shopping. Price for this location was great for the short stay we had. A few downside to the room, bedding needs updating. Our blanket was so thin that we had to use our personal blanket we had in our car for our road trip. The room had hardwood floors and it was a bit dusty and dirty. Overall great location, great price and would stay here again for our short trips.

Try to avoid it

Rooms are small. No carpet anywhere lot of dirt. Front office Is questionable there's one person that's great and that goes out of her way to help you. The others are just horrible. And the place is noisy walls are paper-thin. Only thing good there's a pool you can sit around. But they designed it worth. There's barely any sun that hits it.

Grounds were fine. Staff was fine. Parking was covered. Seemed safe. A few homeless in the area around hotel. The bed itself was comfy, but there wasn’t a comforter. Just a very thin sheet on top. The shower had no water pressure and was very disappointing. Did find a spider and a gnat in the room.
