「J'ai réservé une chambre avec 4 lits simples, au lieu de cela, nous avons eu un grand lit et un canapé lit minuscule auquel il manquait des lattes. De plus la chambre était infestée de punaises.」

「Não realizaram o check-in pois estavam ocupados em atender uma Festa de 18 anos de não hóspedes, que durou até a 1 hora da manhã. Som extremamente alto e fluxo de convidados sem qualquer aviso aos hóspedes. Jantar com serviço lento no restaurante, comida saborosa mas chegou fria. Quarto e box de banheiro muito pequenos. Cafe da manhã sem reposição e com pouquissima variedade. Às 9hs já a não havia pães, nem frios nem café. 」
