Tikal Futura Hotel & Convention Center
Lots of amenities! There is a shopping mall the first two floors (but located under) so it is very convenient for shopping. There is also a supermarket located in the shopping center. Staff is very friendly. The restaurant is incredible!

Room needs a new air conditioner. Extremely loud unit. Door to the bathroom not at the valué of what you pay for the hotel. Did not recieve the upgrade from my membership.
