"Walter, at the front desk was warm, welcoming, and helpful. Otherwise, this place has fallen into disrepair. The restaurant on the property is closed. The mattress on the bed was terrible. And there was black mold on our bathroom wall."

"Best location in Cartago for a hotel. Beds are not Marriott but they are clean and rooms are big enough for 3-4 people. The restaurant is good and not very expensive. The breakfast is nice and when they have the outdoor breakfast bar is probably my favorite experience of this hotel. If you’re going to be in Cartago, this is the best place to say. Very reasonably priced. Most of the staff is bilingual in Spanish and English."
