We loved this mom and pop hotel! The owners are incredible and make you feel so welcomed! We only Stayed for one night but we are glad we got To experience it for at least a little! It was an easy walking distance from the cero campenario which was amazing to Visit! And the views are amazing too! The breakfast at the hotel was also VERY good!

The place is amazing , they have their own beach with breathtaking views. The staff was super friendly, they welcome you with hot coco and sweets. I definitely recommend this place! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Great place to relax and explore the area

Super friendly people, a stunning view, private access to the lake and a 5* breakfast for a perfect start into the day. We loved it!

Excellent stay!

Our stay was great. Pablo runs the place and he is very generous with his time helping with local information. He gave us a ride to our first hike and stopped along the way to help us buy a SUBE card. The hotel is very quiet and well maintained. It is a way seattle out of town so either a long cab ride or a transferon the bus in town. We took the bus out to eat and into town and it is easy to navigate.

Perfect location with the most amazing views!

Best hotel of my two month journey in South America. The view is gorgeous of the lake and mountains. The owners made me feel so welcome. Couldn't ask for more!

Excellent setting on the lake, very helpful staff

Stayed for 3 nights, enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, spacious rooms and amazing views. Extremely helpful staff that made a big difference for us, assisting with recommendations, arrangements (e.g., car rental) and anything we had in mind.

Super amazing and the best ever! Receptionist was the sister of the owner - and she was over the top helpful and hospitable! She gave me hot chocolate and snacks upon arrival, helped me with my bags downstairs, let me use their hose to do a quick rinse of my rental car, and helped me map out directions to a restaurant! Location, room, and breakfast were just as over the top incredible - beautiful lake views and access to water (free kayak!), clean room with small fridge and all necessary items, home made breakfast with multiple savory and sweet choices! Free parking, great wifi, and restaurant on premises. You will not want to leave!
