O atendimento da recepção durante o dia foi péssimo, demonstrando desorganização e falta de cordialidade. À noite, o atendimento foi mais educado e atencioso. A recepção diurna realizou cobrança de uma estadia que já estava paga. O segundo quarto da reserva acabou se sentindo constrangido e efetuou o pagamento indevidamente. Posteriormente, precisei apresentar o recibo para que a cobrança no cartão de crédito fosse cancelada. A reserva era para dois quartos idênticos, mas um foi bem inferior do contratado. Foi entregue controle da TV na entrada e exigido ao final, me senti novamente desconfortável. No banheiro os sabonetes estavam abertos, fora de pacote. Pareciam usados. Além disso, o hotel não dispunha de itens básicos, como taças para vinho e abridor. Não recomendo.
