It was the worst hotel that I have ever seen in my life. It was the dirtiest hotel ever. It was so bad that we didn’t even stay there despite getting there late at night. The pictures are misleading. Avoid this hotel even if it’s free. Worst experience even though we were there only for few minutes. The bed looked like that had lice on the pillows.

Ubicación un poco lejos del centro!! Limpio pero el desayuno lo comenzaban muy tarde ya que los tours pasaban alrededor de las 7:00 y el desayuno comenzaba hasta las 8 y no pudimos realizar el check out en persona ya que no nos abrieron la recepción y nuestro vuelo salía temprano!!!

Quase perfeito...

O atendimento foi sensacional e a suíte que fiquei era ótima. O hotel é muito agradável e a vista na área de refeições e nos jardins é espetacular. Meu único porém é em relação ao café da manhã que poderia oferecer pelo menos uma opção a mais para quem é diabético. Acho que poderia ter ovos mexidos e salsichas como opção para quem não pode comer pães doces e geleias. Até mesmo os sucos oferecidos eram doces.

Minha estadia foi, em geral, excelente! O hotel é super aconchegante e tranquilo, perfeito para relaxar e curtir em família. O café da manhã é delicioso, com croissants de dar água na boca. A equipe foi extremamente atenciosa, com destaque para o recepcionista Gustavo, que nos ajudou a alugar um carro sem a necessidade de caução – um diferencial incrível. No entanto, um ponto que merece atenção é a limpeza. No primeiro dia, o edredom que recebi apresentava marcas de batom, o que me causou desconforto. Reportei à equipe, mas acredito que tenha ocorrido um mal-entendido, já que o problema não foi resolvido. Seria importante que o hotel revisasse esse aspecto para garantir uma experiência impecável. Fora isso, o atendimento e o ambiente superaram nossas expectativas, e voltaria sem dúvida, esperando uma melhoria nesse quesito de limpeza.

I stayed for about 5 nights. To start the hotel Manager Cesar is one of the nicest individuals I've ever meet. Every morning and every evening when my wife and I will arrive he and his staff will greet us and ask us how our day was and if everything was good. The attention was 100% I truely recommend this hotel. Also the breakfast was great the staff was there for anything you needed. This staff and hotel is great, I plan on going back within the next 2 years..Great Palace and Staff. Carlos

Hotel bem familiar e atendentes sensacionais!

Me senti como se estivesse em casa na Hosteria La Malinka. Primeiro ponto - é "quentinho" lá dentro. A diferença que você sente ao pisar fora do hotel, mostra que o sistema de calefação deles é muito bom! Segundo ponto - atenção e carinho dos atendentes. Conhecemos a Dona da Hosteria e, tanto ela quanto os dois atendentes principais, são muito atenciosos e simpáticos. O atendente chamado César, por exemplo, chegou a nos oferecer carona para um dos passeios pois ele ia até o Cerro naquele mesmo dia. Não sei quantos profissionais se importariam assim com seus hóspedes. E para muitos pode não ser importante, mas eu levo muito mais em consideração isso que relatei do que algo luxuoso e "frio", pensando na questão do afeto e simpatia. Portanto, se está buscando algo luxuoso, existem outras opções na cidade. Mas se você está querendo se sentir à vontade, ter recomendações de pessoas que estão ali querendo que você sinta uma experiência única em sua viagem, pode ir de olhos fechados à Hosteria La Malinka.
