La atención fue todo!!

Nos tocó un fin de semana de locos! No había luz en todo Bariloche por la gran Nevada y pese a los inconvenientes la atención del Hotel fue increíble! Siempre de buen humor llevando tranquilidad a los huéspedes. Marcelo y equipo se portaron 10 puntos! Nos cancelaron vuelos y ellos consiguieron hospedaje y remis para ir al aeropuerto cuando todo estaba parado. MÁS que recomendable quedarse ahí. Si Tenes un problema, seguro ellos te lo solucionan y eso es invalorable! Además el hotel está muy bien ubicado, walking distance a la base del cerro. Definitivamente volveremos!!

Soft Catedral - Equipe nota 10 !!

Os quartos sao antigos, mas bem limpos, tivemos problema para entender como funcionava a descarga do vaso sanitario, mas ok, aprendemos. Os travesseiros eram muito finos, deu um pouco de torcicolo. O atendimento do Marcelo e sua equipe foram excepcionais, nos ajudaram em tudo que precisamos, desde pedir umas empanadas ate alugar um carro. Nota 10 pra ele e sua equipe.

Buen precio, cercania a la montaña

Buen hotel en el cerro a excelente precio. Ideal para esquiar. Muy economico en comparacion von otros hoteles de similares caracteristicas. La habitacion que me toco era un departamento de 2 ambientes con mini cocina. Excelente para 2 personas. Excelente atencion.

USA in Bariloche. St Martin week.

Great place to stay for a 4 day ski trip. The facilities are slightly dated but that adds a lot of charm. Our room, 1F is right next to the elevator shaft. That may bother people as it is associated with noise during rush hour in the hotel. We were not looking for glitz and glam for our ski trip. Just a comfortable, dependable place to stay with a helpful staff. This hotel met all of our expectations. The hotel can transmit sound easily but this never kept us awake. Ski storage in the lobby was safe and secure. We never felt uncomfortable here. We were very happy with our stay. We felt we got the correct quality for the price we paid. We would stay again for the same rate anytime.

Hotel muy cómodo en la base del cerro

Todo estuvo perfecto. El personal es muy amable y está predispuesto a ayudar. La habitación también estaba en muy buenas condiciones y el desayuno estaba bueno, con varias opciones. Se puede pedir comida para comer en la habitación y también hay un restaurant muy lindo al lado del hotel, por si uno quiere salir a la noche sin caminar mucho. Este restaurant también tiene un almacén. Además, la ubicación es ideal, se llega caminando en poco tiempo a los medios de elevación. Muy recomendable!!

Lugar tranquilo, tal vez es ideal para ir en temporada de invierno. Pero para ir en verano creo q es más cómodo hospedarse en el centro de Bariloche.

El hotel sobre rentó la habitación pagada por mí.

Quiero dejar constancia por este medio que el hotel "Soft Catedral" sobrerentó la habitación que yo había reservado y CANCELADO CON PAGO COMPLETO ADELANTADO. De modo que al momento de llegar a Bariloche, me entero que NO TENÍAN LA HABITACIÓN QUE YO HABÍA PAGADO COMPLETA ANTES DE INICIAR MI VIAJE. Eran las ocho de la noche, Bariloche estaba a pleno y nosotros como familia sin saber dónde íbamos a dormir. Sería largo de comentar aquí todos los nervios y contratiempos pasados por lo que los omito. Finalmente nos derivaron a un hotel de categoría muy inferior, sin hacerse cargo por la FALTA GRAVE COMETIDA. Iniciaré todas las acciones que estén a mi alcance para reclamar para que se repare y se me indemnice por todos los contratiempos que me han hecho pasar a raíz de este delito.

Hotel muito velho. Excelentes atendimento e local

O Hotel é muito velho, muito mesmo. Ficamos sem água quente em duas noites por aproximadamente 1 hora (usam caldeira). O aquecimento é central e não se regula do quarto, que estava muito, mas muito quente sempre! dormíamos com a janela entreaberta para suportar. Não há vending machine de nada e não se pode comprar uma água, vá preparado, especialmente se viaja com criança como eu. A localização é muito boa, vai-se a pé até a base do cerro tranquilamente! O atendimento é excelente, muito atenciosos e prestativos, em todos os sentidos.

Ótimo staff

Ficamos 6 dias, O hotel tem mobiliário velho e o aquecimento de agua na alta temporada é deficitário. Tirando isso, o café da manhã, os quartos são espaçosos, tem itens de cozinha pra quem quer comer em casa. É bom e os funcionários são muito solícitos e atenciosos. Pra quem quer esquiar recomendo.

Custo benefício para esquiadores

É uma boa opção para quem vai esquiar em Cerro Catedral pois é próximo ( - 300 m ) e também pelo valor mais em conta. A equipe é bem atenciosa e o quarto estava limpo, mas as instalações são bastante antigas e estão necessitando de uma boa reforma. Quando fomos o hotel estava bem freqüentado (por famílias que foram ao Cerro Catedral). Café da manhã bom.
