We loved our staying at Altos del Nahuel. We enjoyed the cabaña barilochean style, the lake view, and being close to the city and main tours was a plus! The beds were comfortable, The kitchen and dinning area was spacious and the breakfast was delicious! The staff members were very helpful, and check in check out process was easy. I highly recommend this property.

I should have believed all the horrible Spanish and English reviews that this place is dishonest scammers. The room smelled awful, it is SO loud, total nightmare with non-stop traffic and paper thin walls so you hear other guests. Everything inside is CHEAP! Horrible quality single use packets of toiletries, thin cheap TP, all oven knobs broken, mismatched furniture. And they’re not good people! GREEDY. I booked one night and asked to revise to two, I was informed it was best to cancel the one night and rebook for two. So I rebooked for two nights but tried to cancel and THEY WOULD NOT REFUND ME for the one night reservation! They just stole the money. Really awful treatment, I DO NOT recommend this placr for tourists, or anyone who wants to feel relaxed and respected. It’s WAY too loud and not worth the money. Other people left reviews about being scammed on price as well. Didn’t matter what I said, the refused to refund me. I clearly didn’t need two reservations. Save yourself the nightmare and book ANYWHERE else. They also moved me from room to room and said they’d place my luggage in my new room, I left the suite spotless at 9a, returned at 5p to find no employees in the lobby (yet again) and all of my belongings unattended and unsecured! Just sitting in their wide open lobby ALL DAY. Why?? They control the heat so I had to ask them to turn it up, they’re stingy and rude. Muy malo. Everywhere else I stayed in Argentina was GREAT.

Me encantaron todos los lugares en los que me quedé de vacaciones, ¡pero odié este lugar! paredes finas como el papel, el ruido del tráfico te mantendrá despierto. todo es de baja calidad, los propietarios son groseros y tacaños y es MUY caro. Todos los demás lugares en los que me alojé eran mejores y menos costosos. Ahórrese el dolor de cabeza y reserve en CUALQUIER otro lugar.

Buena ubicación, tamaño de la habitación conforme a lo ofertado, zona común agradable. Buena atención, amabilidad hacia el huésped. Hay un problema en la relación calidad/precio debido a que, considerando el pago (5 USD), el desayuno resulta pobre y poco variado, la habitación presenta carencias (ej. sin extractor de aire, sábanas muy usadas, con necesidad de recambio) con colchón de la cama deformado, inadecuado para un buen descanso. Si bien tiene varias señales WIFI, por la ubicación del establecimiento, su señal es irregular y débil, lo cual podría compensarse disponiendo de algún PC en zona de recepción para uso de huéspedes.

Cobro de estadia en altos del nahiel

La verdad que ese dia no pude viajar desde chile a argentina por un problema urgente que tube el mismo dia del viaje, me comunique con la cabaña a lo cual.me dicen que no puedo cancelar la reservacion para que me devuelvan el dinero o parte de este, que perderia el dinero y la estancia a ya, despues pude viajar el viernes y llamo apra verificar si estaba la cabaña libre y ya la habian arrendado a otra persona, entonces tube que buscar otro hotel y pagar aun mas para no quedarme sin mis vacaciones, desde las cabañas altos del nahuel me dijeron que ustedes hoteles.com no les canselaron el dinero que pague por mi reserva a ellos, por lo que no podian delverme nada. Favor me puedan ayudar ya que fue arto dinero el que inverti en esto y me lleve una muy mala experiencia

OJO con la cotización del dolar $ 3 mas q el ofici

Muy bien. Todo en muy buen estado. Ideal para familias. Solo una observación muy importante para hacer. El precio esta en dolares, al pagar te hacen la conversion con el dolar al valor q a ellos se les ocurre. Estaba a $ 38 y me lo cotizaron a $ 41 y pagaba con debito. Reclame y el empleado me contestó: “son ordenes de los dueños”.

Reserva errada. Confusão na recepção.

Viajamos para Bariloche de 14 a 18/07 e ao chegarmos no hotel não havia a reserva que efetuamos através do EXPEDIA. Após alguns desentimentos, o atendente verificou que a reserva havia sido feito em outro hotel da mesma rede (LEJANO APART) porém muito inferior ao que haviamos efetuado a compra. O hotel alegou que o EXPEDIA solicitou a reserva errada (e até vi um documento do site DESPERGAR (que acredito que foi repassado pelo EXPEDIA) que solicitava a reserva para o hotel errado. Ficamos muito chateados com a situação e o atendente do hotel não demonstrou qualquer vontade em solucionar o problema, ainda mais que tivemos conhecimento que havia vaga no hotel correto e estavamos com nossa filha de quatro anos. Mostrei ainda ao recepcionista uma troca de email com o email do hotel (info@altosdelnahuel.com.ar - mesmo email para os dois hoteis) que a resposta da Sra. Cristina não mencionava que a reserva havia sido feito no hotel errado uma vez que mencionei o hotel correto no email. Apenas confirmou que havia uma reserva no meu nome. Quanto ao LEJANO APART, o café da manhã é muito simples e caro pelo que oferece e não havia recepção contínua, uma vez que acreditamos que o recepcionista ficava no outro hotel da rede.Todas as vezes que precisávamos de algo, tinhamos que efetuar ligação várias vezes para ser atendidos no outro hotel da rede. Chegamos até a pedir remis para um hotel vizinho uma vez que não atendiam o telefone na nossa recepção.

Nice apartments overlooking the lake

The booking I made through the internet four months prior to my stay did not go through, but they had a room available. It is a nice set of apartments with private parking (and you need a car in this town). The kitchenette is underequipped, and the rooms face north, so they are quite hot, with no air conditioning. But the beds are comfortable and the TV and Wifi are good. Also, the room and bathroom were very clean and nicely laid out. Traffic noise is noticeable, but noise from other rooms is not. The staff are pleasant but not particularly helpful, and there were no maps or information about the town. No English is spoken by the staff. There are supermarkets and ATMs nearby, and plenty of things to do.

De forma geral o apartamento era espaçoso e confortável, mas tivemos alguns problemas: - o local é um pouco barulhento - há camas na sala mas não dá para usar bem porque as cortinas não fecham direito e fica absurdamente claro - café da manhã muito simples, difícil comer por diversos dias seguidos - praticamente não há recepção. Uma pessoa fica por lá poucas horas por dia, então caso vá chegar de noite, ou caso precise deles para chamar um táxi ou caso esqueça sua chave, pode esquecer. Passamos por isso numa noite com as crianças é só não ficamos na rua num frio de -10º graças à ajuda de um quarto vizinho

Apart hotel espacioso, limpio y cómodo

Experiencia excelente en el hotel, pedí cambio de cama para uno de los dos dormitorios, y no tuvieron problema alguno en armarme otra cama de dos plazas.estaba todo limpio, la ubicación era muy buena, ya que da a la calle paralela al lago. Totalmente recomendable.
