「Great hotel, by the lake. We stayed in the panoramic room and it was gorgeous. Breakfast was good, spa area wasn't crowded end of March, we even had a couple of massages. Great place to disconnect and enjoy nature.」

The location was perfect - close to downtown shopping and within driving distance to many attractions and points of interest. The resort was clean with stunning views of Lake Nahuel Huapi and the mountains. The staff were always happy to help in any way possible way. Would definitely return. Thank you for a lovely stay. 」

We were stopped and questioned nearly every time we entered and exited, even though they had all of our documentation and face recognition data on hand. Their system needs a serious update.」
