「The ocean was right outside the room. The staff was friendly, the food was great, and the area to eat was facing the ocean with a nice breeze. Very frioendly staff also.」

「Very basic but the pool was really nice! Check-in was very time consuming and problematic. There was a Security Guard who thought we had the wrong location.. then he checked and directed us around to the back of the property where we met with hotel reception staff who could not confirm My registration and had to call their boss to get us a room. The room was not really ready because they say that they were not expecting us! 」

「Wave pool was invigorating. Staff was all so polite and considerate. The 4 bunk dormitory worked well for our party of 4 kids and 4 adults but the cr was inadequate. Loved the flowers, trees, and plants on the property. The food was all good. Place reminded me of camp from when I was a kid. The drive there was an adventure too. Ty for the memories. 」

「This is the worst resort we have been. There is no way you could contact them! All numbers are not working! we had to re schedule our stay as my niece got sick. Wasted a 2 night stay!」

「The staff were great. The maintenance and upkeep was poor. Things worked but, for example, the walls would be patched and not repainted. The property is older. For the area it's ok. The location is right around the corner from the market and 7/11.」

「Staff is great and friendly. The bed in the room was terribl. Mattress is like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. Impossible to sleep on your side. Other things I didn't like...only 2 bath towels. In the heat I took two showers a day and had to reuse towel for second one. Should have 4 towels per room. Also..I saw cockroach twice during my stay in my room and a Lil gecko thing on the wall. Should have better seals on doors to stop that or traps. Lastly there was a sewer type smell coming out of...

「When we got checked in, the toilet wasn’t flushing, the phone isn’t working, when we locked the door because we have to go out, they said they have no key that works. We rented 2 rooms good for 6 each but they only gave us 2 cups. When we ate out, the manager had a bad attitude toward us. The staffs are trying their best to help us but their boss is terrible. There’s oveall problem with the system.」
