"Amazing location and service."

"Hotel was great, very clean and has a separate room for clothes ironing board, umbrella and spare towels. So central, just off union square and cable cars at the bottom of the street. Staff very helpful and always available. There were cookies apple's & lemon water in reception which were free to take at your leisure. No coffee or tea facilities in room as these are located in lobby. "

"Despite a rough start with the idiotic shuttle bus company this hotel uses (bus driver literally drove past me as I was flagging him down at SFO - took and HOUR to get to the hotel) the service here was above and beyond. The check in receptionist was very nice about the shuttle problem . I accidentally left my phone and charger in my room and didnt notice until I was at the airport, the very nice front desk person Nicholas was kind enough to take his own time to go ship it to me! I cant imagine getting any service from another hotel other than "you'll need to come back to get it." these types of kindnesses are what set these smaller hotels apart from the major chain hotels. Definitely will stay here again."
