They refused to acknowledge the receipt from Expedia, and insisted that we pay for the room. In order not to miss the conference, we paid, but are very unhappy about it. The people were unprofessional and rude.

Had an appointment in town the next morning. Thought i would stay here. The reviews are pretty spot on also pretty sure my debit card got 3x charge. Didnt even end up staying a full day.

The room was dirty and smelled. Stains on the pillow and sheets. Staff was extremely rude when approached with this. The staff moved us rooms, not much better. Cleaner, but door didnt close completely. Tweakers outside all night.

Roaches! Dirty room!! Rude staff! Unsafe! No matter how many times I asked to have room cleaned, they wouldnt do it. 5 day stay. Key stopped working daily. Worst hotel experience EVER! Not sure why this property is still listed on expedia.com If you want a totally MISERABLE EXPERIENCE, then definitely stay here.

Dont ever rent a room here
My stay at this hotel not only felt unsafe but very unwelcoming. Hotel personale tried entering my room unannounced at 4a.m. and they talked with me and my husband very inappropriately when we had first arrived in front of other hotel guests.

This place was very easy to book at the last min. We needed a room since we lost our reservation we made months ago elsewhere. The place looked run down when we got there & there were quite a few homeless people around the parking lot area. The 2nd day we ran errands & came back to our key cards not working. Front desk reactivated them (never asked for ID-just asked for room #). When we left again later that night & returned around 2am, our car had been stolen! It was missing from the spot we left it in! & the room was ransacked! No forced entry, the window was locked so someone must have used a key card to enter. The front desk personnel was absolutely USELESS! The manager - Bob - was worse. We called the cops, they took forever to take our report. They have video footage that would have allowed us to see who was responsible but they wouldn’t show us the footage. Wouldn’t refund us or discount our stay. They stole backpacks, wallets, car & house keys, underwear, clothes, etc. I filed a claim with my credit card to refund me all the money spent on that horrible experience since purchases on cc’s are insured. Police told us that place is the worst place to stay at due to all the criminal activity that is rampant. Homeless break into rooms & steal, staff has access to so no one knows except to look at the video footage to know who’s really guilty. Never coming back to this place or anywhere near it. The investigation is ongoing (03.25.23).

Checking in I didn’t get the room which was with two beds I booked and got a queen which the one with two beds was more expensive… Secondly, roaches everywhere crawling on the walls. I was pretty disgusted and worried they may hitch a ride with me home. The bathroom smelled bad if urine. When I mentioned this to the staff at hand- he didn’t care to address the situation and just checked me out. Place is a dump and not safe .

The check in process took a long time. The hotel couldn't find my reservation. Also they charhes my credit card when it was a there and the app usually chagres me and not the hotel itself. The are was bad with a lot of homeless people. The hotel is also under construction which made for a loud and dirty experience.

My blankets where dirty. When i went back to ask for clean linen receptionist gave me a snobby attitude. She had a problem when i asked specifically for a none smoking room. Will never stay here again.

This place was beyond terrible! There’s roaches in the rooms visibly walking and the rooms smell pretty bad. When I complained to the front desk the best the lady could do was move us 2 doors down which the condition of the room was just as bad. Extremely disappointed

Asking for a $30 cash deposit is ridiculous. Providing a tv remote I have no use for and then have to keep track of is an unnecessary hassle. Construction noises are unavoidable, I suppose, but supremely irritating.

Toilet was clogged when I first checked in. Phone to the office did not work, I went to tell the front office. They had me ask the cleaning lady for a plunger and unclog myself.

When I checked in, the room had no electricity at all and the staff told me they cancelled the booking. They seemed really shady so I asked for it in writing that they cancelled the booking and they told me they had no paper to do that even though I had filled out literal paperwork with pen and paper before I received my hotel key. They just said I would receive my refund the next day and Expedia now will not refund me because the hotel has not confirmed that they cancelled the stay. This is absolutely ridiculous, I’ve never had such a poor experience with a hotel or Expedia.

The room had gang tagging, broken bed, bathroom door damage, roaches and to top it off the TV kept glutching. I wanted an inexpesive room while in tiwn for my sons birthday. I held very basic expectations and was very much disappointed.

Roach infested
As soon as i opened the door and turned on the lights i saw several bugs scatter along the walls and the floor. There was roaches in the bathroom and tub. When i pulled back the bed sheets there were bugs under them too. I went back to the lobby and said i couldn't stay in the room and they gave me my money back.

We actually didn’t stay there after we saw the condition of the room. The service was rude and that was another reason why we left after 5 minutes in the room, after we discovered its condition. I have pictures to support that, so you won’t think that we were just capricious. Never again in such place. They should be investigated.

The room was dilapidated, cigarette burns in bedspread, filthy room, dresser and furniture were broken down. Curtain was off it’s hooks and had a big gap (opening). Homeless people milling around outside. It was unsafe inside and outside. Only stayed about ten minutes and left after making a reservation somewhere else.

Burn this place to the ground and start over
Not only was the entire room dirty but the sheets were dirty covered with hair and the pillows and blankets had burn holes. When I complained and asked for a new set of sheets and blankets they brought me a new set and these were also dirty and full of burn holes.. There was graffiti on the wall's inside of the room And graffiti on the pictures hanging in the room. The curtains covering the window was held together with safety Pens. By far this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and they still charged me $75 a night.

My first night room was terrible #218. Bugs all crawling on floor. Neighbors were lot talking and nobody from office came to quiet them. All night people going n coming. Doors were banging as if it's your room door. The view from the room was a wall. No view at all. 2nd night, I requested to change the room to down stairs. They provided great service in the morning. Everything looked much better than last night. It is conviently located right off the freway 215. 10 minutes to Riverside downtown without traffic. Close to many shopping and restaurants. Overall the location is excellent. On first night stay. My bed will make so much noise. When you turn.
