"The good: the room as clean; the afternoon/evening staff was very pleasant and helpful; and it was quiet and night so I got very good sleep. The bad: at check-in, I did not have an iron for my shirts, but the receptionist retrieved one for me; the living room remote did not work and the bedroom T.V. did not receive signal during my 3rd day; I told the morning clerk on Wednesday about the remote issue, she said someone would check it, but no one did...the afternoon clerk helped to get the remotes taken care of promptly; I saw the same clerk at check-in and check-out and she was courteous and helped me throughout the process."

"There is no one at the front desk after 10pm, there is no room cleaning, if you need new towels or bed sheets you have to take them to the front desk and get new ones yourself, take out your own trash, no coffee pot in room, they did have coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day, no ice machine and kitchen in room no utensils or pans, with having to do everything yourself they should not charge as much"

"Parking good. Room condition poor. Outdated appliances. Needs to be upgraded. Staff was excellent except the manager had to be called each time we went to office. "
