Great location, rooms are traditional, dated but spacious. Bathrooms facilities needs updating. Food buffet was great if you enjoy quantity over quality. Breakfast buffet is best. Gardens around the pool are lovely. I recommend a room with sea view to fully enjoy this hotel. Personnally i think it's overpriced for what you get overhall, it is much nicer to be in hotels by the main area (Faro) Mostly german community.

Hotel Parque Tropical was a visually stunning hotel. The staff was more than accomodating. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet. I am terrified of cats and there were cats on the property, I didn't think i would enjoy being there because of my fear of cats, but I must say that the cats did not bother anyone and I enjoyed myself. I recommend this property for anyone wishing to travel to Gran Canaria, Canary Island. The room was large and extremely clean. The view from my room was spectacular because it was the view of the ocean. Each room has a balcony which I loved.

Very pleasant 4 night stay. Clean, nice grounds, pleasant and helpful staff, food was good and with pmenty of choices (we purchased half board). Location can't be beat. Hotel sits right at the beautiful boardwalk, which goes for kilometers in both directions, and the beach is right there on the other side. We arrived in a rental car and found it to be very difficult to find parking, so much so that once we found a space a 1/2 kilometer away, we left the car there for the stay. Consider the bus or other options. The bus system in the area is inexpensive and efficient.

Excellent hotel - no parking!

Great hotel and an excellent buffet. Only thing missing is a parking lot. There is public parking on the streets around the hotel, but it can be very hard to find a spot especially in weekends when the locals visit the beach. I spent 75 minutes looking for a parking spot, before giving up - and driving to the next city for lunch. Found a spot when I came back a few hours later.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Parque Tropical war von Anfang an einfach wunderbar. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich und persönlich auf Deutsch empfangen und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und hatte einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und den Pool. Das Frühstück und auch das Abendessen waren ausgezeichnet. Alles war immer frisch, sehr abwechslungsreich und mit einer tollen Auswahl inklusive viel frischem Obst. Die gesamte Anlage ist ein herrlicher tropischer Ort der Ruhe, an dem man wunderbar entspannen kann. Der Pool ist ebenfalls fantastisch und ein Rettungsschwimmer ist auch immer vor Ort. Auch das Abendprogramm sowie das Entertainment, zum Beispiel die Wassergymnastik, war sehr unterhaltsam. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet: Der Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Restaurants befinden sich unmittelbar in der Nähe des Hotels und sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Von mehreren anderen Gästen haben wir gehört, dass sie bereits mehrfach im Hotel Parque Tropical waren und auch wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen! Vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter, die so herzlich zu uns waren und unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht haben!

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel rundum sehr wohlgefühlt und würden unseren Aufenthalt ganz klar mit 10/10 bewerten. Das Hotel ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und strahlt Ruhe und Qualität aus. Das absolute Highlight ist der außergewöhnliche tropische Garten – die gesamte Anlage ist mit viel Liebe gestaltet und schafft eine besondere, entspannte Atmosphäre. Das Hotel ist unserer Meinung nach ideal für Paare, die Erholung, Ruhe und ein angenehmes Ambiente suchen. Man fühlt sich hier sofort im Urlaub angekommen und kann richtig abschalten. Auch das Essen hat uns sehr gut gefallen: abwechslungsreich, frisch und geschmacklich überzeugend. Insgesamt herrscht im Hotel eine sehr angenehme, ruhige Stimmung, die perfekt zur Anlage passt. Es ist wirklich schade, dass wir nur zwei Tage hier geblieben sind – wir wären sehr gerne länger geblieben. Bei einer nächsten Reise in diese Gegend werden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und dann mehr Zeit einplanen. Dieses Hotel entspricht genau unserem Geschmack und wir können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Das Personal ist super freundlich und flott. Die Anlage ist klein, ruhig und eingebettet in eine grüne Oase. Die Zimmer sind gross und verfügen über schöne Balkone zum Pool bzw. mit Blick in den Garten. Wir haben Bekannte dort zufällig getroffen, die wir im letzten Jahr dort kennengelernt haben. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr familiär. Wir freuen uns aufs nächste Mal. Vielen Dank an die Rezeption, die unseren Zimmerwunsch dann nach einer Nacht im Turm doch noch berücksichtigt haben ;-).

Das Hotel befindet sich mit der Buslinie 66 vom Flughafen ca. 30 Minuten entfernt. Die Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt. Man hat viel Grün und einheimische Pflanzen im Inneren Bereich. Der Pool ist groß und wird jeden Morgen gereinigt, so wie auch die komplette Anlage. Die Zimmer sind ortstypisch eingerichtet, jedoch zur Straßenseite recht laut. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sprechen mehrere Sprachen. Zum Strand muss man eine Treppe nutzen ist aber innerhalb weniger Minuten im Meer. Im großen und ganzen war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und ist zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel ist eine kleine grüne Oase in Playa del Inglés. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Für uns hat dort einfach alles gestimmt, das Essen, Personal super freundlich überall, schöner Pool (auch toll das der Bademeister sehr drauf geachtet hat, dass keine Liegen reserviert werden, dass niemand mit großen Luftmatratzen in den Pool geht oder Bälle über andere Köpfe geworfen werden! Sehr gut, hab ich so noch nie erlebt), lange Hosen für Männer beim Abendessen ist zwar altmodisch, aber hat es trotzdem zu etwas besonderem gemacht, toller botanischer Garten, große Zimmer für 4 Personen. Einfach top alles in allem!

Excellent sejour et soirée romantique

Bel hotel a ambiance romantique avec un jardin tropical magnifique surtout le soir avec des éclairages d'ambiance qui mettent en valeur les arbres et les plantes. L'emplacement est de premier ordre a côté de la playa de ingles accessible en quelques minutes a pied depuis l'hotel. Des petites activités divertissantes le soir apres diner (chanteuse , cirque et...) Le buffet du pdjxet du dîner est relativement varié et de bonne qualité. Seul point négatif c'est le côté un peu obsolète de certaines parties comme les balcons ou les salles de bain des chambres mais cela ne remet pas en cause l'appréciation generale tres positive. Piscine excellente avec grand volume
