Appreciated breakfast included, friendly and helpful staff, great location for Alamo and Riverwalk. Need hot chocolate and herbal tea options. All hot drink options were caffeinated; nothing for children or guests who avoid caffeine.

Very friendly service. The breakfast was very good and a wonderful way to start off our day. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but we always saw that it was busy and looked like fun.

Excelente ubicación, el desayuno incluido bien en general, se encuentra a un par de cuadras de los sitios de interés de San Antonio como el Álamo, River Walk y la Torre de las Américas. El único inconveniente es que el estacionamiento no lo incluye y se cobra a razón de 35 dlls la noche más impuestos.

I found a blood spot and hair on our bed. So discussion, I called the front desk and he was nice, apologized, and changed different room for us.

The room was just ok. I found what looked like splattered blood on the wall by the sink, feces on the wall and hair in the shower that didn’t belong to us. There was also cereal on the floor left over from a previous guest. Blanket was stained and the bedside table had a dried white substance on it. Definitely needs to be cleaned better. I probably wouldn’t stay here next time.

Nice stay. Comfortable room. Breakfast was nice. Close to the Riverwalk, lots of restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay there again. Did not use the exercise room which appeared to be well equipped with treadmills, ellipticals and weights. Valet service was very quick and convenient.

Muy Buena opción si quieres ir al álamo o rio, está muy cerca, personal muy amable, el desayuno también estuvo muy bien con diferentes opciones, lo único a considerar es el estacionamiento $34dlls por día el valet parking ya que de lo contrario es dejar el carro en la calle, pero hay muy pocos lugares.

This hotel was perfect for me and my family. We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was amazing and helpful with anything we asked for and went above and beyond to help. They had plenty of snacks and other things in case you forgot something, although it was a little on the pricey side for those items. It was a pretty hotel and the property was perfect in that the street outside was not super busy and so it was relatively quiet. The pool area was also really nice. The breakfast was also super good and the staff attending it was really good to refill things and help if there were any issues. I will definitely be staying here again while visiting San Antonio. Thanks to all the staff y'all made Christmas even better!
