We were appalled with one of the customer service reps the young one that works swing shift until 11pm for accusing us of making a big mess out in the courtyard by bbq area . Not something he should even ask a guest

The staff and our family definitely had a language barrier between us.
The facility was clean, however, definitely in need of repairs
The television in our room didn't even work. When we let the staff know, nothing was offered or handled, due to the fact that the staff we spoke with couldn't speak English.

Pros: Staff were friendly. Everything was clean. Loved pool/ hottub area. Breakfast was ok.
Room- Bed was comfortable. Lots of room and kitchen was handy.
Cons: needed room carpet updates with extra padding, could hear people above walking around. Door closes loud. Would prefer hand held shower. With no car a bit far from most restaurants. Had 2 shuttle drop offs. Uber works.

Not bad but a little dated.
Check in was great and smooth. They had a shuttle that picked us up from the airport. Our room was a suite and it was spacious. It was a little outdated and the floor had some dead spots so it created a slight dent. The hot tub and breakfast were nice.

Residence Inn says they will pick up from the airport. We set up the pick up. When we arrived, a half hour before pick up time I received an email saying there were ‘technical difficulties’ and they would not be able to pick us up. There was no mention of reimbursement for an Uber or arrangements for a different way to get there. The hot tub was closed and dirty. The toilet in my room did not work and ran all night. I asked for a repair and went out for the day. When I got back, the handle was so tight, it would barely flush and the toilet ran every 9 minutes refilling. Again I asked for a repair and went out the next day. Toilet continued to run the entire time I was there, although it was every 20-30 min.
it was a frustrating stay, I expected more out of a Residence Inn.
