The room looked so dirty I bought cleaning stuff to clean the whole room. The white bed sheets had a red stain on them. During my one day and two night stay we found 4 roaches inside the room. The room also smelled like smoke although it was a nonsmoking room.

On entering my room, I smelled cigarette smoke.They advertise non smoking but that is not true. Drag racing at night going by the motel. Roaches in the bathroom roaming around. Breakfast meal is not a sit down affair but a bag of pastry a cup of coffee.

Property was "clean" ... it was the bugs, ants, and insects thatnwere very unwelcoming. I shared with the management and because i went through Expedia they could not reimburse me or accommodate me. They will reach out to their Corporate Office and hopefully there will be Pest Control done in five days as that is when it is scheduled. One night was enough. The security lock on the door was missing as well. I will think twice about using Expedia or third party vendors whe. Booking Hotels...

Was told they didnt have any clean pots and pans or dishes but that they would take them to the room and never did. Also the room had german roaches in the bathroom and kitchen.

Not at all what expected of an extended stay property. Compare to d many other extended stays properties I have stayed over d years, this one does not earn d qualification of an extended stay facility. Specifically: No ice in room or at d property at all, no coffee maker, no coffee, no coffee cups in room and no coffee at all at d property. No dishes or dinner wear/utensils. Towels limited and of poor quality. No place to hang clothes. Room not as depicted in photos; no sitting area or furniture as shown in photo. $1 charge for using phone even for local calls. No elevator. Overall cleanliness very bad. In summary so horrible, that within five minutes of entering room, I attempted to cancel my stay; but not even with Expedia's assistance, was I permitted to cancel for a full refund. Thus, I ended not staying & departed that same night, but was charged for d night. To add insult to injury, I was instructed that in order to get a refund for D remaining three days of my already paid four day stay I had to return d next day to get authorization from d manager. I recommend this property to be avoided.

This hotel was average what I did not like about it is that there was nothing in the kitchenette. Every other extended-stay place I’ve ever been at always had pots pans dishes glasses, cups this one only had two forks.

The property is affordable, away from restaurants, breakfast is just coffee oat meal, small muffins, chocolate and hot water. The entire property seems a badly kept, dirty doors and walkways. Seems like section 9 public housing.

I actually was really pleasantly surprised!! It is my first time at an extended stay and for that price point I wasn’t expecting everything to be so clean and the rooms to be so accommodating!! The front desk clerk was great and extremely helpful and really nice and the full kitchen included in the room was nice… definitely would stay here again!!! Don’t let the fact that it is an older hotel detour you 😁
