La varied de todo incluido es bien pobre en las bebidas, muy pequeña. Tienen neverita en los cuartos pero no ponen en ni agua, baños muy pequeños.

Não vale o valor que cobram na diária

Pontos negativos: Não cumpriram com o horário do check in, fizeram esperar, aí reclamamos e deram outro quarto, pois o o determinado para nós não estava pronto. A parte do mar privativa do hotel está imunda, não limpam as algas e folhas, mal da para entrar. Maçaneta do banheiro da suite quebrada. Chuveiro saindo pouca água e não esquenta. Jantar, você é obrigado a escolher por um cardápio com opções já pré determinado e a garçonete fica apressando, atendimento ruim. Refrigerante sem gás. Pouca opção de Sobremesa e Sobremesa ruim Wi fi ruim e pede para logar toda hora novamente A comida não é livre, é em forma de cardápio e escolha. Pontos positivos: Tv do quarto grande. Quarto tamanho e cama bom A piscina agradável e limpa. Bastante opção de cadeiras na área da piscina e tolhas de banho. Tem a possibilidade de reservar almoço ou jantar em outros hotéis da rede. Fizemos isso e foi o que salvou, os outros hotéis da rede são melhores.

Una gran decepción

Si bien se ofrece con el sistema de todo incluido esto es mentira, el menú es a la carta con solo cuatro opciones de las cuales no tiene todas . Es mentira la playa, se trata pequeño acceso al mar en cual es imposible utilizar por la suciedad qué hay tanto en su acceso como en el agua (botellas de plástico, pañales etc). No es apto para niños pequeños, no cuenta con lugar para juegos.

Nice location of hotel, but needs renovation

We stayed three nights in the hotel. Location of the hotel is very nice. Ideal for couples who seek a relaxed ambience, no animation. Food is ok, highlights fresh fruits at breakfast. Hotel facilities in general are clean. However rooms, especially bathroom badly needs renovation.

Hotel bem Localizado e tranquilo. Ideal para casais. Piscina muito boa. All inclusive fraco, está mais para pensão completa com bebidas. Horários de refeições prédeterminados. Bebidas somente de marcas locais. Pratos bem servidos, porém pouca variedade sim menu, que é compensado pela possibilidades almoçar e jantar em outros hotéis das rede (exceção do Isleno) com reserva antecipada. Possível também passar o dia em outros hotéis da rede (exceção do Isleno) Funcionários amistosos e cordeais, porém muitas vezes esquecem seus pedidos... Pessoal fan recepção e portaria solicitos. Ótimas localização perto da praia local e centro de Compras.

Não vale o preço.

Atendimento sofrível! Não tem padrão nenhum, em um hotel as bebidas são ótimas, em outro terríveis e receitas diferentes. O que vale a pena é pq tu realmente só gasta o que planeja, o fato de poder usar outros hotéis da rede é ótimo. Alimentação mais ou menos. Acho que por ser tão caro, vale mais a pena pagar barato e aproveitar os restaurantes da região.

Estuvimos hospedados una pareja por 10 dias. El hotel tiene una excelente ubicacion, justo en el centro. La atencion del personal fui insuperable, siempre fuimos recibidos con una sonrisa. Sin embargo el hotel es demasiado pequeño, especialmente las habitaciones. La decoracion de las habitaciones demasiado simple, deberian prestarle mayor atencion, las fotos publicadas no reflejan la realidad, que si bien no esta mal... no es lo que esperaba por la categoria del hotel y por el valor de la habitacion pagada.

Buena la ubicación, pero la comida del todo incluido me parece muy regular... no hay opciones... y ají me toco salir a almorzar y cenar todos los días por fuera... La gente del hotel muy amable...

buen hotel familiar y para parejas

A causa de la lluvia nos cambiaron al hotel Decameron Marazul que es mejor que Delfines, sin costo adicional y hasta nos pagaron el traslado. La playa del hotel no es muy buena ya que se nota que es artificial y el fondo es fangoso pero el entorno es demasiado bello. La piscina es relativamente pequeña, en temporada alta se debe repletar. No hay mucha variedad de comida, pero la que hay es muy buena. El personal es muy amable y se pueden hacer paseos muy bellos. La estadía incluye un paseo al acuario que es un islote cercano que es un paraíso tropical.

Pésima habitación

Pésima habitación. Estuvimos una noche y pedimos el cambio de hotel. No teníamos vista ha nada. La cama era muy dura. Por suerte el personal no nos puso problemas para el cambio de Hotel al Decameron Acuarium, el cual si nos gustó mucho.

If you search calm and quiet, it´s perfect!

Pretty, but very small and simple. The ocean view is absolutely amazing! it's so beautiful it left me breathless! But we prefered to go to the Aquiarium pool every day and just return to Los Delfines to sleep... We expected better food, it is just ok. If you search calm and quiet, Los Delfines is perfect! If you search more a caribean island hotel, better choose Aquiarium. The only thing we complain was the schedules you need to memorize for everything (breakfast time, lunch time, towels time, snacks, time, dinner time) IMPORTANT: It has no sand beach (neither the Aquarium), but there is one a couple of blocks from the hotel

Próximo ao centro da cidade

Estadia tranquila, embora minha esposa e eu tenhamos aproveitado mais o Decameron Aquarium. O restaurante do Los Delfines não tem ar condicionado, o que torna as refeições desagradáveis no calor da ilha. Tivemos problemas na limpeza do quarto, já que em dois dias nossas toalhas não foram trocadas. O quarto é pequeno e o hotel é ideal para casais sem filhos pequenos. Todas as comodidades como atividades, lojas, agências de turismo, enfermaria, etc só são encontrados em hotéis maiores da rede.
