Todo muy bien, el personal muy amable en todo momento, la habitación pequeña pero acogedora y muy limpia, el cuarto de baño dentro de la habitación muy bien. La televisión muy pequeñita, pero la cama amplia y cómoda, colchón muy bien, almohadas muy bien, y tenía unos cojines.

They misplaced my reservation so there was some trouble checking in(I booked it late in the day, and the waitress who was also looking after the front desk didn’t know where to find my reservation info). However the hotel manager who showed up later was super friendly and helpful.

Great stay

Great welcome from the receptionist as we arrived and was incredibly helpful with check in and advising us on getting a bus into Leon. Supermarket just over the plaza is very good too.
