「Very nice experience with check in 」

「Fue un horror. Solicité reembolso ya qué tuve qué it a otro hotel por la cantidad indecente de chinches. No pude descansar. Earn enorme, bolaban y havian un ruido terrible. Aparecian más y más. Existence mosquiteras si saber qué es un problema. Hay qué poner solucion. Indignante.」

「Extremely unfriendly and idle staff. Looked like I am disturbing them when I would like to stay at the hotel and eat in hotel restaurant. It was suprising how long they are able to ignore cusromers in the restaurant and in front desk. 」

「The location and staff are very nice. Especially the staff they know the apartment well. As the apartments are cozy space with IKEA deco. It would be good for visiting the old town. Not recommend if you are easy effected with noise for sleep. I have changed 2 rooms, the building itself feels like it's not originally for apartment, so the wall is thin, you can hear next door or people talk and walk by stairs if they raise their voice a bit higher. 」

「The property shows up on the Hotels.com map as being in the city center. It was only when I arrived that the host told me it was somewhere completely different, south of the river in a suburb. I cancelled by booking and stayed somewhere else. Zero stars. 」

「La habitación en sí no está mal pero se escucha todo, la gente pasando, el tranvía de noche. En la ducha no había gel para la ducha. Para pocos días está bien, para larga estancia no tanto. 」

「由於節約用電的緣故，你晚上等候電梯如不持續走動，感應燈會熄滅，細膽會被嚇壞。地點算方便，步行5分鐘有大型商場及超市，可步行往舊城區，離開跨境巴士站亦是數分鐘步行路程。」

「接待處員工友善，check-in 程序比預期中快和方便，房間整齊但不乾淨，枕頭和被舖有明顯灰塵，洗手間用品不足，只有幾份一次性的shampoo，沒有shower gel. 位置偏靜了一點，晚上街道很暗，走路回去有點擔心。」

「地方在舊城鎮很方便，搭公車或者metro 都很容易，大部份景點都可以步行，但係住宿則欠缺清潔度，微波爐、焗爐都有食物嘅殘渣，雪櫃的雪櫃入面有很多汁液嘅污垢，提供嘅毛巾都已經很舊，並且使用的時候脫落很多纖維，還有廁所有異味及沖厠的按鈕上都有很多污跡，枕頭都很舊，除此之外，其他地方都算整潔。」

「Une latte en moins, une odeur horrible, une chambre mal isolée au niveau du bruit, on entendait tout ce qui se passait, une salle qui n'était pas propre. La salle de bain où on ne peut pas fermer à clé. À part ça, génial」
