Avoid this place, and be careful when paying online through any aggregators.
I booked the hotel online through Expedia for my mom and my 12-year-old sister. When they arrived, the reception staff wasn’t able to find their reservation for 1 hour — I had never seen anything like this before.
I contacted Expedia support and explained the problem.
Later, the manager of the property called me and tried to convince me to change my story. He suggested saying that my family wasn’t able to arrive because they were sick, so Expedia would issue a refund and my mom would pay cash at the property.
So, the manager and hotel clearly had an issue with the online payment on their side (or they want to fool Expedia) , but it turned out that I need to lie and create another story to Expedia of what happened just so my family could check in. What a joke.
The manager was talking to me as if he was trying to help and doing my family a favor, but from my perspective, this was completely unacceptable and his incompetence.
After almost 2 hours of trying to resolve the problem, the manager ultimately refused to check my family in and left them outside on the street without accommodation in a foreign city.
My advice: don’t waste your time or put yourself through this kind of stress with this place. Find a better place and enjoy your trip.
