「It's a family friendly resort on the beach, in a quite area at Gerani with easy parking. Location allows peace and relax away from overcrowded nearby areas. Suites and rooms are quite spacious, modern and well maintained. Ours, had lovely views over the sea. Pool area clean and very enjoyable. Playground and garden area clean and tidy kept our son happy. 「Really lovely hotel which deserves better than a 2 star rating. Helpful and polite staff, rooms cleaned daily, towels changed frequently including pool/beach towels. Proximity to the beach couldn't be much better and a short walk to shops and restaurants. Albeit the on site restaurant is also very good. All in all I would highly recommend to anyone.」

「The hotel itself is immaculately maintained, with beautiful, well-kept grounds that create a lovely first impression. Housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay, and our room was cleaned to a high standard every day. The majority of guests appeared to be over 60, along with a few couples travelling with very young children, mainly from Eastern Europe. There were very few UK visitors during our stay. I travelled with my two teenagers (17 and 18) during the May half-term holiday, and they...

「Hmm. This is a very good property and would be excellent anywhere else in the world but standards in Greece/Crete are very high. It's a little gloomier inside photos suggest with only limited natural light. There is construction work going on literally adjacent to the property currently so expect some noise and essentially the outdoor balcony space is off-limits during the daytime. Some minor maintenance niggles. Seems a bit mean providing a coffee machine but no capsules but hey ho. This is a...
