"This was very nice hotel. The hotel was clean, located close to the train station, and was only a short walk to the Altstadt (old town). The rooms were modern and nicely appointed. The only complaint I have is that we arrived during the heat wave and the room was very warm. It is understandable that it can be difficult to keep up with the air-conditioning given the extraordinary heat, but nevertheless the hotel could have been a bit more up front about this and/or provided fans. Otherwise, a great stay."

"Master Mirabell has a GREAT location. We were so close to the Mirabell gardens, palace and easy to get to other areas. The hotel is more like a long term stay sort of arrangement with a washer/dryer in the lower level and kitchenettes in the rooms. The a/c didn't work well in one of our rooms, communication with the host was great and they offered fans to help cool things down. To be fair, it was in the mid 90s and very hot so not surprising that a/c wasn't keeping up. One minor annoyance, I booked 2 rooms together and we were placed in rooms in separate but connecting buildings. It made it confusing for my 86 year old Dad Overall a good stay and I would stay here again if traveling in Salzburg."
