The staff isn't tourist friendly. The moment I started speaking English, they immediately became upset. I asked the front desk for the directions of a nearby pharmacy because I had a headache, They immediately said use your phone in Portuguese.

Hotel 6/10. Preco justo, otima localização.

O Hotel fica próximo ao Aeroporto, tem otima localização. Excelente Funcionários, atenciosos e prestativos. Cafe da manhã nota 6/10, nao tem muita opção, mas tudo estava fresco e gostoso. Unica critica foi o ar condicionado que nao gelou bem e fez muito barulho.

Horrível. Quarto com forte cheiro de água sanitária. Piso úmido parace que derramaram água sanitária para limpar e não limparam direito. No café da manhã uma zona tudo bagunçado, nem tomamos café.

Precisa de uma reforma

Achei o preço da estadia incompatível com a estrutura do hotel,quartos simples, não fizeram a limpeza do quarto, possui uma piscina pequena e espaço do café da manhã pequeno onde as pessoas chegam e não tem lugar para sentar, demora na reposição dos alimentos, 2 dias hospedados e quase não conseguimos tomar café direito apesar de chegar cedo não encontramos quase nada e ainda ficamos esperando alguém sair para sentar, algumas pessoas estavam comendo em pé.

Muito barulho na noite que fiquei hospedado

O hotel em si é muito bom o que deixou a desejar foi o barulho feito pelos hóspedes durante a noite inteira, no regulamento diz para ter silêncio a partir das 22 hrs e não foi o que aconteceu, muito barulho durante a noite inteira. Tinha algum campeonato de jiu-jitsu e os atletas e demais acompanhantes,não pararam de fazer barulho,impossibilitando uma noite de sono tranquila.

Um hotel com ótimo custo benefício para se passar 1 ou 2 noites no máximo devido a localização ruim (distante de Salvador e seus atrativos turísticos) e num local meio esquisito também. Uma das camas era meio dura, travesseiros eram bons. Ar condicionado gelava bem. O quarto tinha um tamanho excelente. Café da manhã bem fraco. Poucas opções. Mas o nosso intuito era apenas dormir uma noite após longas horas na estrada para no dia seguinte trocar de acomodação então foi satisfatório. Camareira era bem simpática. E a comida que pedimos pro jantar do restaurante era deliciosa.
