The resort is not 5 stars. The rooms are nice, the rerritory isspacious, but layout is inconvenient, service is below average, and resort has numerous maintenence issues. The food is inconsistent. Coffee in main breakfast restaurant was terrible, kitchen was often smelling burnt food. Employees are disengaged and dont seem to care about doing a good job. It is definately overpriced. I wouldnt recommend staying there.

The property is beautiful, but the staff will leave you wanting more. This is a beautiful resort in a beautiful location. We found however compared to all inclusive resorts in other countries, the staff just had no desire to please the guests. There was no urgency or willingness to help. They just show up and do their jobs. Which for some people may be fine, but we are used to extreme levels of hospitality at all inclusive resorts. It all started from check in. We checked in after midnight which meant that the staff member who dropped us at our rooms was giving us a tour of the property in the pitch black. This left us to figure everything out ourselves the next day even though we explained to staff we got in late. Next was the housekeeping. The rooms were muggy and moldy. The bed was made but there was never a clean smell. In fact, it smelled like a dirty mop was being used. Next is concierge. There were instances on property that we discovered had an upcharge. When we asked about these restricted areas, we were only told, this is for prestige members. No one asked us if we wanted to become prestige members. Concierge didn’t make any effort to book reservations or excursions for us. Granted, we did not seek out any excursions, but again, the general lack of urgency from staff was not what we were used to. This is the first all inclusive vacation in my life where I tipped less than $50 the whole trip. Only the nice lady at breakfast went above and beyond. Would not recommend

Terrible experience. Check-in was a total mess for 7 people and 4 rooms. 86 year old placed on a third floor of a building without an elevator. Had to argue to make them correct it. Actually none of the buildings in this Resort are accessible. None of them have elevators although this place was build in 2008 (no excuses that it’s an old property). Distances between rooms, restaurants, pools and lobby are huge, paved with irregular pavers. Wheelchairs are impossible to use due to the irregular surfaces. Internal golf cart system to transport elderly people is offered but waiting times were so long that we gave up using it. Signage providing directions throughout the property are almost non-existent. Impossible to know where you have to go to get to your building. Dozens of people lost throughout the property every day, begging for directions, totally frustrated. Majority of the staff doesn’t seem to be happy, although very few exceptions were very attentive and supportive. App that is highly recommend by the staff upon check-in is useless. Scheduling of Resort activities is never updated and internal map directions are also outdated. I learned that it doesn’t work because Spain is responsible for keeping it updated, so any local changes to activities have to be informed to Spain by email before they can update the App. Note: Spain is 5 hours ahead in time zone. Total non-sense. Pools were really good and food and drinks abundant and of good quality. I’ll never go back.

Os quartos são excelentes, grandes, bem estruturados, com ótima cama, varanda, ar-condicionado, banheiro amplo com banheira e chuveiro separado. Os restaurantes e comida são muito bons. As piscinas são ótimas, salinizadas e parecem ser inclusive climatizadas, trazendo um ambiente extremamente gostoso. Foi uma das melhores experiências que tive em resorts. A nossa preferida era a próxima ao grande logo do Iberostar, pois era extremamente calma e perto do restaurante Maresias. As copas do bebê nos atenderam muito bem, todo dia buscávamos as papinhas prontas (caseiras ou industrializadas) e esterilizávamos as mamadeiras.

Nossa experiência no Iberostar Selection Praia do Forte foi memorável. A infraestrutura é impecável, com piscinas e áreas de lazer de alto padrão. A alimentação All Inclusive é excelente em variedade e qualidade. O SPA excepcional, e as atividades são muito bem organizadas. No entanto, o ponto mais alto foi o atendimento da equipe. Destacamos o instrutor de tênis Jacaré, que é carismático e atencioso. No Restaurante Pelô, as garçonetes Alana Alves e Laise nos trataram com uma simpatia e cuidado excepcionais. Recomendamos e, certamente, voltaremos no futuro.

La habitación es espaciosa y cuenta con minibar. La cama es muy cómoda como también las almohadas. El baño debiera tener una doble bacha por tratarse de un hotel 5 estrellas. El servicio de playa está bien, aunque las reposteras están muy juntas.
