Estacionamento muito sujo, muito lixo acumulado, ratos pelo estacionamento, corredor que dá acesso ao estacionamento sem luz eletrica tive que acessar com auxilio da luz do celular, colocaram nos no quanto 505, paredes mofadas, colhoes mofados, banheiro com mau cheiro . Solicitei a troca do quarto fui atendido, foi substituido pelo 505 um quarto melhor. Mas no quisito limpeza tem que melhorar muito é peceptivel logo na chegada o vidro de acesso proximo a escada ta gordura pura. Eles tem que melhorar muito no quisito limpeza

Quarto com necessidade de reparos nas janelas. Sugeira visivel no chão, colchão ruim, travesseiro e roupas de cama pessima qualidade. O café da manhã simples e repetitivo. Tive que solicitar por mais de uma vez reposição de leite, frios e retirada de pratos das mesas para conseguir sentar. Mesas e chão do refeitorio sujos.

Não foi uma boa experiencia. Ar condicionado fraco e extremamente barulhento, sem controle remoto para controlarmos a temperatura, colchoes rasgados, chuveiro pingando o tempo inteiro, limpeza precária e o banheiro com cheiro bem ruim de esgoto. TV não estava funcionando. Atendimento horroroso.
