"Very dirty bathrooms and room. Towel are all worn down. Vanity in the bathrooms have stain same with toilet seats. Service quality is also not appreciable, ordered a glass, it took them multiple reminders and over 45 mins to get. Ice bucket did not have any tong so had to use hands to take out ice ..."

"So these guys kept insisting that hotels.com confirmation number is not what it says on the booking...had anxious moments...they need to b educated on how the association with hotels.com shud work...then thy said they have a booking not via hotel.com but Expedia...bad user experience for us"
