The employees look like there just tired and done with there job. Late night front desk will sit there and make you come get your own stuff while they play on there phone. Other than that very clean!

Have stayed years ago at this property. It’s located just a few blocks from the downtown center, which is a plus. Stayed 3 nights but charged 4 days parking. Charged for internet which should have been free since I am Bonvoy member. Room temperature was barely comfortable despite adjusting thermostat. Breakfast was always the same (I pitty those who stay here weeks at a time). Parking Saturday night was impossible if not for desk clerk who voluntarily moved her vehicle to allow us to park. I was surprised at the pricing and mistakenly thought that I had scored a great deal. Not so. Probably paid too much. Not likely to return.

This met our expectations. We were there to meet friends for dinner. Easy walk and convenient location for shopping and dinning. Beds were comfortable with nice amenities in the rooms. Plates, cups, pots, pans all cooking things needed to make a meal. Shampoo, conditioner and soap in the bathrooms. Would stay again.

I was a little skeptical to come to this property after reading some of the reviews. However this was one of the best hotels I've been to in a very long time. We stayed in a two-bedroom unit and it was amazing. It even had a washer and dryer! You can't beat the quality, ammenities and price anywhere in the area. Super friendly staff, everything was spotless, and a great breakfast!! Buffet style items. We will be back!

This is a very nice property. Very convenient to the medical facilities. Our room was excellent, very clean, quiet, comfortable and large. The outside was somewhat dirty, parking was very scarce. The breakfast was outstanding, food great, excellent variety, very clean, spacious breakfast room. Staff nice and accommodating.

Very nice property with free parking. Rooms were clean but property starting to show its age. Area around is full of homeless - a problem for many large cities and SLC no exception.

Booked a 2 room suite that seeps 8. I had 7 on our reservation. When we got to the room no bedding for the pull out bed, the bathrooms only had towels for 4 people and no extras in the room at all. Also spent 30 minutes finding a parking spot as our suv would not fit in the parking garage.
