I booked a room at your facility in Utah while I was in town for my sisters funeral. I checked into your location on 3/15/26 around noon. I paid my deposit in cash (which was returned to me in full at check out). I received my room key to 222, and took the elevator to the second floor towards me room. I had just came in from in expected delay at the SLC airport for more than 12 hours, so upon getting my key I went to my room to shower, unpack. When I walked in I placed my belongings at the desk and walked to the bathroom. I noticed the floor was lifted and a bit rigid but I didn’t think anything of it. I instantly got in the shower and when I came out I slipped from a ton of water that had leaked onto the floor and twisted my back trying to catch myself from falling. That is when I noticed that the ridges in the floor were there from a leak. I called down to the front desk from the room phone, cause I felt pain instantly and nobody picked up. I, then got dressed and went to the front desk to let your staff know. With the pictures I showed, and the inspection that your staff did, it was confirmed that water was leaking from the end of the shower, to the bathroom door and onto the front entrance area. They telephoned Nisha (manager) who told me that maintenance would be coming to inspect the room, that I would be given an incident report and that they would be swapping me another room (room 213). I was not helped with transferring my belonging
