Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
I arrived at C9 flats obn Monday at 3 pm I had a terrible time getting a key to get into the apartment. The apartment was not clean Bed was unmade with dirty sheets Bathroom was disgusting. Cancelled the stay and waiting a refund.
