Me gustó la rapidez del check in, no me gustó que todos debiamos dejar el apartamento a las 10 loo cual implicó colas para dejar la llave Tampoco me gustó el ruido durante mas de dos horas deblos camiones de la basura. Mucho ruido creo que las habitaciones deberían estar insonorizadas.

On aurait du s'en douter ! Lors de notre enregistrement, une dame se plaignait de ne pas avoir d'eau chaude dans sa chambre. Si ce netait que ça... L'état general de l'hôtel est tres médiocre. Ce n'est pas tant qu'il est sale... mais qu'il est resté dans son jus (qui au vu de la deco des "appartements" date des années 70/80). En entrant dans la chambre, ce qui frappe.. c'est l'odeur ! D'après l'employé de l'hôtel c'est normal : quand il y a beaucoup de monde ce sontt des odeurs qui remontent par la douche. Les "lits" des enfants pas fait c'est normal aussi, il nous a montré oú etaient les draps. Enfin... quand je dit lit c'est un canapé cassé. Au final c'était plutôt matelas par terre. Poir les lits adultes, cest pas beaucoup mieux. Les matelats sont hors d'âge. Tout le reste est à l'avenant : la moitié des ampoules sont HS, ambiance intime assurée (ou lugubre c'est selon), frigo qui fuit et qui fait un bruit d'avion toute la nuit. Pour le bruit; entre les bruits exterieurs et ceux du couloir... je ne sais pas si l'avion (enfin... le frigo) arrive à rivaliser. Mais pour etre 100% honnête, je dirait que les bruits se sont arrêté vers minuit (sauf le frigo). Ah.. et l'eau est aussi un sketch. Alors, à la difference de la dame qui se plaignait a l'accueil, nous avons de l'eau chaude. Bouillante même. Ou glaciale. Enfin les deux successivement, sans avoir à changer le mitigeur. On pourrait continuer longtemps mais il ne me reste que 38 caractères.

Hotel pas cher, correct mais bruit, court séjour.

Appartement simple et propre. Le canapé-lit est en réalité un tiroir lit sous le canapé. Installé, il ne reste plus de place dans la pièce. Balcon assez grand. C'est pas cher et correct, vous en avez pour votre argent mais on a vu beaucoup mieux pour 5euros de plus ailleurs à Salou. 2 Plages à 5min à pied plus promenade en front de mer, magasins et restos dans la rue. Possible de rejoindre la plage centrale par le chmin de front de mer. L'hotel est plus destiné aux anglais ou pays de l'est en all inclusive. Piscine pleine dès 11h, enfants collés à l'écran géant, musique à fond au bar de 10h à minuit, resto buffet à volonté qui peut dépanner mais vraiment pas à notre goût. Des animations très bruyantes (chanteurs qui nous torturent les oreilles) le soir et matchs de sport. Des jeux et billards sont dispos. Tout près de port aventura en voiture. Tarragone à 10 ou 15 min. Pour dépanner 1ou 2 nuits, c'est pratique et pas cher. Réception ouverte 24h/24. Pour plus lontemps ou pour un séjour de charme, allez ailleurs. Murs très fins, vous entendez vos voisins bouger les chaises ou tousser la nuit. S'ils sont bruyants, vous souffrirez... possible de garer sa voiture dans les rues autour. En octobre, il a fallu tourner un peu pour trouver des places, en été cela doit être très compliqué. Il y a un parking un peu plus bas.

Nos preparan habitación y nos la cambian inesperadamente, pero si somos 4 personas, porque preparáis para 3?? El cuarto no duerme, no se ducha?? Volver tarde de Port Aventura y encinares esto... Después de esperar, me dan un juego de sábanas, al día siguiente, las toallas,... Un desastre. Los artículos de ducha brillan por su ausencia, 3 botes de gel y 3 de champu para 4 personas 3 dias?? Lo mejor del hotel, que hay supermercado cerca.

Correct si famille cool.

Le plus gros problème était l’odeur des canalisations de la salle de bain. Ensuite, l’isolation n’est pas terrible, on étend tous les bruits des voisins et de la rue. Ceci dit Salou et ses plages nous ont plu.

Food is great and good choices

The hotel is basic but clean and the beds comfortable we upgraded to all inclusive when we arrived and the food choices was great and so was the quality only change I would have is to remove the supplement for the snack bar meals as to get chicken nuggets in all inclusive was still 2.50 euros and the all inclusive drinks finished at 11 pm when most entertainment didn’t actually start until 10.30/11ish the kids party dances started around 7.30/8 which was quite late for little ones the focus seemed more on the bingo although we did enjoy the parrot show and the greatest showman show Pool is small but nice and clean but no inflatables allowed which disappointed my child as she couldn’t use her blow up unicorn but yet ball games were allowed which meant their where balls flying everywhere in the pool and lots of them were proper balls so they hurt when they hit someone All in all however we enjoyed our stay the team made every effort to ensure everyone enjoyed their stay and hopefully they will look at some minor changes to improve the holiday experience....... we prob wouldn’t book again in the school hols as it was quite busy and the pool not very big

Clean

Clean and basic, only problem is the noise. The walls seem to be made of thin paper. Can hear light switches from the room next door and the hotel rumbles if anyone opens a balcony door. Can here toilets being flushed from three doors down.

Hôtel bien situé, près du centre ville mais suffisamment en retrait du pôle dynamique. Belle entrée, personnel agréable et accueillant, chambre correcte d'un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Petit bémol, la chambre avait une forte odeur de tabac froid et on entendait du bruit venant de la salle principale jusqu'à minuit tous les soirs (chambre au rdc). Belles prestations dans l'ensemble.

L'accueil est sympathique. L'appartement lui, est assez succint, l'équipement basique est présent (cafetière, casserole, égouttoir..). Par contre, il est situé dans un environnement extérieur assez bruyant. Mais pas que, car, dans la nuit, certains touristes n'ont même pas la décence de circuler dans les couloirs discrètement. Après, on ne peut pas demander un palace en payant seulement 30 €uros la nuit.

hôtel pas adapté à une personne à mobilité réduite

L'endroit est convenable mais pas du tout adapté pour une personne à mobilité réduite. Mon ami n'a pas pu accéder à la salle de bain de tout le séjour. Son fauteuil manuel et celui électrique ne rentraient pas dans la pièce. En plus c'était une baignoire. Mon ami ne marchant pas. J'ai du lui faire la toilette au lit. Les options de recherche de Hotels.com au sujet de cette hôtel sont mensongers. L'accessibilité s'est résumé a une poignet à ventouse que l'hôtel avait accroché au mur. Très déçu du coup. C'est nous qui nous sommes adapté.

Basic hotel but very good value for money

Good location, near beach, restaurants, pubs, buses etc. Basic rooms but really clean. Staff were very good and helpful, they sorted out our booking as Expedia hadn't sent any info! Does exactly what it says on the tin, if just looking for the basics would certainly recommend.

sejour a international II

hotel appart passable la chambre pas prete a 16h ni aucuns document donc attente de 20 minutes chambre passable mais la salla de bain et toilette tres salle nous etions quatre personnes et seulement les draps et serviette pour deux nous avons payer la wifi 3euros par jours mais elle ne marcher pas ont attend toujours le technitien il y a que le personnel de bien par contre en plein centre ville donc beaucouc de bruits.
